We're excited to announce a NEW closed-beta version with the following features:


  • You can now buy and sell items at the market. In next versions, you will be able to buy from the city hall, barracks and blacksmith.
  • Improved sword swinging speed. you can now do more combos at the expense of stamina penalty for each extra combo
  • Fixed multiple movement animations and visuals, including transitions between running/walking

BETA 2 Changes:

  • Made backward compatibility for older saves to include the new market

  • Added a new shop in the Blacksmith

  • Added a new shop in Riverside village
  • Fixed several issues with shops and shopping interface
  • Fixed loading a game is sometimes stuck
  • Fixed several player control and fall issues


OFFICIAL - 0.5.43.04 Changes:

  • The character jumps to unexpected places when walking after load
  • In some cases, the character falls through the ground when loading a game
  • The character would unexpectedly die after loading a game
  • When receiving falling damage, the character would get stuck and unable to move

The Defence class is Live

Dear Legends of Ellaria players,

We are excited to announce that a new version 0.5.42.09 RPG Extended Defence class is up

Here are some of the features and fixes included in this version:

  • Included the Defender class
  • Armor and Shield have an integrity and lower the armor effectiveness with each hit
  • Blocking now blocks % damage based on skill
  • Light and Heavy armor affect dodge and walk speed
  • Blocking speed is affected by skills
  • Redesigned the water textures, color, and appearance
  • Upgraded the game engine, with minor performance improvements and crash fixes.
  • The Fire monster now drops loot on death
  • Raised the difference between novice warriors and veteran warriors. A high-level warrior can now handle multiple lower level opponents




Bug fixes:

  • Improved the jumping controls
  • Fixed health bar not showing the actual amount
  • The quick bar was visible during conversations
  • Buildings were fading in and out at certain distances
  • Fixed some issues with stations
  • Fixed animations with two hand weapons
  • Fixed some issues with falling and falling animations
  • Fixed multiple issues with controls while strafing and running
  • Some NPC's were half sunk into the floor or in the air
  • Fixed the character movement on slopes
  • Removed invisible walls, white textured walls and pink textures in some interiors.
  • Fixed colliding with invisible objects in outdoors
  • Restored the city hall advisor and barracks captain position and made sure they don't walk away from their position
  • Sprinting was not spending stamina
  • Ancient device was floating
  • Bandits and enemies were not spawning in certain situations
  • Fixed misalignments and missing quests in the quest window
  • Fixed HP is reduced when leveling up
  • Fixed multiple people in the same spot on the market, tavern or barracks

Here are some of the features and fixes included in this version:

  • Added the Defender skill tree with new dodge, shield and armor abilities
  • Changed dodge and walk speed differences based on armors.
  • Added light armor and heavy armor abilities and bonuses
  • Added Shield armor and shield integrity. When you raise your shield, your shield armor will absorb the damage before passing it to the armor
  • Changed the armor and shield view in the First Person HUD
  • Added a new water system
  • Upgraded the game engine, with a slight frame rate improvement





Bug fixes:

  • Your character does not collide with invisible objects on the outdoor
  • Fixed several spelling errors in the skill tree
  • Fixed Health Bar starting with the wrong amount
  • Fixed Sprinting doesn't take stamina
  • Fixed the advisor is walking away when you enter the town hall

We are excited to announce that a new version 0.5.42.07 RPG Extended Warrior class is up

Here are some of the features and fixes included in this version:

  • Added warrior skill trees and melee combat addons. You can now invest in specific combat styles for warrior
  • Rebalanced combat statistics to reward leveling. Lower level classes are less effective in combat

Dear Legends of Ellaria players,

We are excited to announce that a new version 0.5.42.01 RPG Leveling System is up

We have been working on different features and fixes, and we are finally ready to release some of the progress just to you:



In this version, you will now find:


  • New RPG system where you can level and invest in attributes, bonuses, and abilities.

  • Added support for proficiencies, power attacks, and status effects

  • Remade the character inventory and character stats user interface from scratch

  • Remade most of the animations

  • Remade the character controller. The character movement is smoother now.

  • Rebalanced all RPG statistics

  • Included a status bar during combat for viewing NPC stats

  • Included a 3D character display in the inventory




Bug Fixes:


  • Fixed not able to control your army in RTS mode

  • Sprinting now drains your stamina

  • Defending during melee is now more accurate and responsive, which allows you to parry during combat effectively

Version 0.5.41.0(Beta) - RPG Leveling System

Dear Legends of Ellaria players,

We're excited to announce a NEW closed-beta with the beginning of the much awaited RPG system!

We decided to release an early beta to really get your feedback from the beginning of the system, and to really give you an opportunity to be part of the game by testing and giving us your input on what you would like to see in this new phase of LoE.

We're also working behind the scenes on overhauling the whole UI design of the game, and we hope it will be to your liking :)



Here are some of the features and fixes included in this version:

  • New RPG system where you can level and invest in attributes, bonuses, and abilities

  • Added support for proficiencies, power attacks, and status effects

  • Remade the character inventory and character stats user interface from scratch

  • Remade most of the animations

  • Remade the character controller. The character movement is smoother now.

  • Rebalanced all RPG statistics




As we develop, more features will be added until the full RPG version of the game and updated UI is integrated into the official version.

Here are some known issues with this Beta version:

  • When clicking for multiple melee attacks, stamina is reduced per click and not per melee swing

  • Sometimes during melee combat, the player is motionless and non-responsive. this can be fixed by dodging

  • Legends of Ellaria is temporarily more CPU demanding

  • Two-handed weapon animations are WIP

  • Some animations and movements are not optimized

  • Some weapons and use cost are not fully balanced

  • Power moves and special attacks are not yet published

  • Skill tree is only available for basic classes
  • The weight system is not yet published

  • The FPS view is misaligned with the bow

  • The user interface is missing some stats icons and functionality

  • The user interface is missing tooltips and sounds in some areas

  • There's no notification when leveling. Please press K to go to the character window

BETA 5 Changes (0.5.41.2):

  • Rebalanced NPC's and your stats.
  • Level up, quest changes and other important events now have a sound effect
  • A popup display is shown at the beginning of the game to direct you to the character window
  • Changed stamina cost for melee and sword based on sword and power attack
  • Changed the NPC AI to be aggressive based on their level. No more super tactical bandits
  • Fixed golem is too weak. The Rock Golem is now an unstoppable tank
  • Fixed adding health/stamina/mana skill does not add these stats
  • Fixed multiple issues with RPG inconsistency between the learned skills/ stats and your actual stats
  • Fixed numerous issues with the inventory 3d character view, including the headless character
  • Defending during melee is now more accurate and responsive, which allows you to parry during combat effectively

RPG Progress Update



Dear community,

We've made much progress towards the upcoming RPG system version as we have now finished the framework for both the graphical and the logical aspects of the general RPG & leveling system.

With that in mind, we rewrote the player controls to support special moves, such as whirlwind or blink. This new system includes a whole new state machine for the animation controller.



We're also rewriting our whole graphical interface, which will include a new HUD, a full-screen inventory, and several new windows for the RPG system.

The RPG user interface will include the tech tree for the skills, which will also be used for the city tech tree in the world update.



In the meantime, the new RPG system has been integrated into LoE and we are now working on the definitions of the leveling system. We're developing skills, talents, attributes, and proficiencies, which will allow players (and special NPCs) to invest in multiple classes and special moves.

Our plan is to publish the beta version of this RPG system at around mid-July (tentative). During the Beta, we will add vendors, new items, and new skills; The official RPG version will be published in August, date pending of the official announcement.

Dear LoE Players,

we have taken your recent feedback on our latest update and decided to do some quick fixes to make your experience smoother with the new features.

These include:

- Removed First Person mouse smoothing by user requests
- Fixed the 1-second delay between walk commands and player movement in Third Person view
- Fixed multiple issues where the player is thrown in the air or falls through the ground when loading
- Fixed multiple graphics issues when talking to NPC's in First Person mode
- Fixed camera angled position after talking to NPC's in First Person mode
- Fixed player not able to move after sleeping issue

Version 0.5.40.2 - First Person Shooter



Legends of Ellaria Players,

We are excited to announce that a new version 0.5.40.2 is up!

We have been working on different features and fixes, and we are finally ready to release some of the progress just to you:

1: We now have a first person mode! Now you can switch from TPS to FPS view anytime you like by pressing "F" or any other key you bind to this action.

2: Added an inverse Kinematic system (applied to NPC's only for now) that makes them move more realistically.



3: Added a "WASD" keybinding option.




We are also working on the RPG system that will be released on BETA first and exclusively, stay tuned for news on that soon :)
