Ranked Season 14
Season 13 will be archived today, starting the next ranked season 14, which in turn runs until June 4!
If you are new to playing competitively, I highly recommend entering the ranked queue during a sale, when other new players are joining in. Outside of that, the regularly hosted NPC tournaments are the best entry point.

The next one is on Saturday, Oktober 5.
This is the last New Player Challenge that Desselie will be hosting. He joined the community through one of the first NPC tournaments himself. And to celebrate it running consistently for over two years now, we are giving away DLC outfits of choice for the top 3 players in this tournament. (instead of just one for the winner as usual)

MACH 1 - Invitational
The second event we are sponsoring with $1000 this year is the community organized MACH 1 invitational! 24 of the greatest players, past and present, will battle it out on September 7 in a fully streamed event with interviews, antics, onions and merchandise.
The second qualifier last month resulted in a very special addition to the deck of player cards you'll be able to get: Two red Nitros won the top positions and are joining in with a set of connecting cards!

The community is pulling out all stops for this one, creating a variety of things including t-shirts, posters and the player trading cards - all of it available through store.hyhy.gg (the store will close 3 days after the tournament and all orders are then produced and shipped)
Half of the profits will go to the tournament prize pool, the other half to the artist that designed the item.
Okay, we may have said the second qualifier last month was the last chance to enter. But nothing in life is absolute! One of the invited players had to drop out - and to replace them, there will be a bonus qualifier on August 24. Last last chance? Probably!
The respective player card will be replaced as well!

MACH 1 - Qualifier
The second event we are sponsoring with $1000 this year is the community organized MACH 1 invitational!
24 of the greatest players, past and present, will battle it out on September 7 in a fully streamed event with interviews, antics and onions.
20 of those players accepted a direct invite, two more qualified on July 3 (you can watch it back here). And two more will qualify in the tournament this Saturday, July 27!
The first two placements of this qualifier will not only win the two remaining slots of the MACH 1 invitational and thus a shot at the prize pool. The event is also accompanied by a set of physical player trading cards for each competitor, making this the last chance to become immortalized in the set.
