The long overdue narrative update



Hello everyone!



Today is an important milestone for the Lethis Science Academy!
The explorers of Lethis will now be able to go on their adventures (almost) stress-free!

We listened to the community's feedback and made a big update on the fighting system.
That is to say, we removed the fight minigames from Lethis - Daring Discoverers. Instead, combats are now resolved in a text-based format, like the rest of your interactions on the mysterious planets.
We wanted to get as close as possible to the feeling of a "Choose your own adventures" book.
It is finally done!

Feel free to try the game again, give us feedback on this new version and talk about it around you.

Azimut was a bit broken:


  • Fixed a crash on Azimut
  • Fixed a nasty bug that made half of the map disappear on Azimut
  • Fixed the illustration for the artefact clue on Azimut
  • Fixed item requirements to get the clues on Azimut
  • Added missing labels on Ultima items
  • Fixed some localization


The patch should work with your actual save. If you're on azimut and for example, the illustration does not appear, you'll have to delete your save and start the planet over (don't delete your profil, just the save!), we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Probably another patch next week with the last touches on music ;-)

A little patch with minor spoilers:

  • Fixed missing English localization on Vendemelle
  • A few corrections on the French localization
  • You can now beat the Verdegras and the Rutherford Blyskon in combat (if you’re good enough)
  • All achievements should work
  • Added specific images for each achievement
  • Azimut can now be properly finished even if you died more than two times
  • Bertrand can now die twice on Anbar like every other character
  • Proper versions for a few tracks
  • Fixed the first interaction with the portal on Azimut
  • Fixed one shortcut on Magofu
  • Languages not supported have been removed from the options

  • A demo
  • Further corrections on localization
  • Better integration of the music (there are still a few things missing here and there)
  • Adjustments on NPCs behavior
