Patch 0.7.2

Changes:

  • New setting to lock cursor to window, enabled by default
  • New visuals for walls
  • Added 'cosmetic' things like flowers, grass and rocks to help give levels some texture
  • Increased fishing pool interactable size

  • Richard will no longer try to reflect fire

  • Fixed a bug with rerolling when only two upgrades were possible by not allowing rerolling if only two upgrades are possible.

  • Bob:

    • NEW The Bigger One (R): The Big One has a chance to become The Bigger One, dealing more damage and leaving a trail of fire behind
    • NEW Breath of Life (R): Hitting three or more enemies with Fire Breath heals for a small amount. Increases Fire Breath size and damage


  • Dilon:

    • Sharp Talons: No longer stacks, duration and damage adjusted as well
    • Demonic Mark: Only lasts for one slash attack


  • George:
  • Arrow upgrades now read "Adds a(n) ___ arrow to George's quiver"

    • NEW Shadow Arrow (R): Ignores tile collision and can pierce an additional enemy


  • Richard:

    • NEW Cross Section (R): Hitting the same enemy from two different directions will deal extra damage


  • Suzy:

    • A timer now exists in the top-left showing remaining time on Snow Storm
    • Slightly increased time between attacks
    • NEW Snow Boulder (R): Can now charge your snowball attack to release a snow boulder. Damage scales with charge time and number of snowballs normally thrown.
    • NEW Storm Safety (R): Standing inside of Snow Storm reduces damage taken slightly. Increases Snow Storm radius and duration.



Bosses:

Mobs:

  • Elemental type mobs now have better hit boxes

Changes:

  • Improved bad luck protection for bosses, bonus rooms and floor themes
  • Keybinds can now be changed

Save Data / Settings have been reset this patch

Changes:

  • The store and gems are gone, replaced with equipable items that provide bonuses
  • New level theme, tentatively called 'forest'
  • New generic upgrade, 'Luck': Increases chance for good things to happen
  • New epic upgrades
  • Upgrades now have a chance to randomly become higher rarity
  • Changed colorization of upgrades
  • More rooms and mob combinations

Bosses:

  • Boss Battles bonus health reduced
  • NEW Big Flower: Releases poisonous gas clouds, spawns plant shooters and fires projectiles
  • NEW Skeleton Trio: A mage, an archer and a warrior. All are empowered.
  • Knight-Flame:

    • Limited number of flame rows, no more invisible flame rows in theory

  • Swamp Monster:

    • Should now properly spawn portal when frogs die.

  • Spider-Big:

    • Reduced lazer attack speed.


Mobs

  • NEW Demon Portal: Spawns minor enemies ( 1/2 health ).
  • NEW Angle Halo: Flies around and spawns minor enemies ( 1/2 health ).
  • NEW Plant Shooter: Shoots projectiles.
  • NEW Sand Coin Monitor: Walks around on patrol and shoots if your visible.
  • NEW Nut Plant: Flies around and shoots pellets.
  • Water Monster:

    • Should now travel more consistently when player is not in line of sight

Patch 0.4.0

  • Most mobs should no longer try to shoot through walls
