Happy New Year! Took a little longer than originally anticipated, but we've finally got some basic fixes in. Thanks to everyone for your feedback and patience!
In other news, the Miria Studios team has officially graduated! Another big thanks to all our players and fans who have helped make this thesis project such a success, as well as to all our teachers, staff, and fellow students at FIEA. While many of us have already begun to scatter to the four winds, enough of us are still local for now that we can hopefully keep up basic support into the foreseeable future. See you around!
Patch Notes:
Pressing ESC key now also opens the pause menu, in addition to the original ENTER key.
Players could just "shoot open" the very first door in the game without using the gravity power -- fixed.
Playing in resolutions other than 1920x1080 should be less of a headache now -- UI may still get cut off in certain resolutions, still investigating solutions.
Added a semi-transparent black background to the pause and settings menus for better readability.
Steam VR no longer automatically launches upon opening the game for those with it installed.
Fixed decapitation bug.
Fixed final area checkpoint bug.
Fixed typo in the end credits.

And So Woke Miria
At last, the day has arrived -- thank you to EVERYONE for your patience and support over the course of our Ley Linesian development.
We're excited (and nervous!) to set loose our creation upon the world, asking everyone to spend that most precious commodity of time to download and play our game when so many other things validly vie for your attention. For those who do take the journey into the depths of Miria's Heart, be it today or maybe even years down the road, we hope that it brings at least a little light to your world, however briefly.
We know Ley Lines isn't without its flaws, but with your help and support, we will try our best to address the serious outstanding issues people bring to our attention. For much of our team, this is the first real game we've ever released into the wild, so we hope you can forgive any small junior stumblings, and look forward to even greater things from us in the years to come.
Genuinely, thank you all so much. And best of luck on your journey, saviors of the planet Miria.
