we found out many of our new players struggled with the enemies health points and how much does a bullet take HP after a certain hit or certain body part hit.
Orange bar represents armor percentage, white bar that follows is the damage take and the red bar is the health percentage it self. ːsteammockingː
we worked on the way to balance the game even more from the feedback we got. We are more focusing on players to use weapons and we made them stronger whilst we made meele weapons a bit weaker.
So the meele weapons do not work on armor anymore, and you can only take the armor off by shooting bullets at it.
Thank you for the feedback! ːsteamhappyː
Small addons
We decided to add some "pro tips" into the Main Menu since we found out many of the new players do not experience the full feel of the game.
Some people mentioned they would like to see where bullets went after they missed a shot so we added bullet decalls along with a small particle visual effect.
Thank you for the feedbacks again, this is what it should be in Early Access, all about including the community into the development.
Addon to the previous fix, zombies do not stop if you hit them melee attacks on the armor which makes the game a bit more balanced.
Again, thank you for the feedback.
Melee damage on armor + small announcement
Since we heard some complaints that swords are way too powerful, we decided to reduce melee damage on zombie armors to zero.
Also we have in production few more new enemies that will accompany our zombies! ;)
Just for heads up, try to aim for the unprotected parts with your guns, armored parts deal 50% damage whilst unarmored parts deal 100% of the bullet damage, also in the future to balance the game we plan to add different weapon bullet strength.
Thank you for the feedback!
We are still balancing the weapons along with the game play, any suggestion will be more than welcome, post your ideas to our
Facebook group or in
Steam threads.
More excitement!
We heard some reports that game was too easy so we increased the zombie rate in waves.
Thanks for the feedback!
