Black Screen Issue Guideline
We have received reports from some users that they are experiencing a black screen at the start of the game instead of the normal screen.
We've checked various solutions to this issue, and we'd like to share them below for those who are experiencing the same issue.
Update your graphics driver to the latest version.
We've seen cases where the graphics driver is listed as being up to date, but hasn't actually been updated.
In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the updated version and upgrade manually.
Please download and install the most recent version of the driver from the official page of your graphics driver, and restart the game.
If you are still experiencing the same issue after following the steps above, or if you have experienced an issue that disturbs you from playing the game normally, please report it to lop_support@neowiz.com.
Please note that it will be more helpful for us to solve the issue if you create and send a Dxdiag file in the following way.
Dxdiag file
- Windows Start > Run
- Enter 'dxdiag'
- Click 'Save all information' to save the text file

Available dates for the Demo
The Demo version of Lies of P will be playable only for a limited time from June 8 ~ 26.
So do not hesitate or you might lose the opportunity!
Contents of the Demo
The Demo version of Lies of P will feature the first two chapters of the full game.
Any progress made in the Demo version will not carry over to the full-release version.

AMD Graphic Drivers
For a more butterfly smooth playing experience, we recommend players with Radeon graphics cards update to the latest versions (June 1st version recommended at least).
Crash Reports
If for any reason the game crashes a Crash Report folder will be created under the following directory "LiesofP\Saved\Crashes”.
If you encounter any game crashes please share the entire contents of this folder to the following email address lop_support@neowiz.com.
They will be thoroughly inspected and fixed before the full release.
Other Important Notes
The Demo version is still a work-in-progress version which does not represent the full-release product.
The Demo version may include some awkward translations.
To play the Demo version, an online connection is required.

Lies of P Official Release Date Announcement, Sep 19
Today we are thrilled to announce new important news!
Lies of P will finally be released on Sep 19.
As revealed during the Summer Games Fest, we made a difficult decision to push back our initial release window to Sep 19.
We have been pushing hard towards our initial release window but had to make this difficult decision to ensure the most optimal gameplay experience by further polishing the game.
It may be a huge disappointment for our fans who have been eagerly waiting for the full release. As a little compensation, we have prepared a brand-new trailer and a playable Demo.

The Demo is not the only new announcement, pre-orders are now available.
The basic entry fee to Krat starts at $59.99.
For our pre-order guests, they will be awarded with the limited cosmetic item ‘The Mischievous Puppet Costume Set’.
