"LIFE" not found; - Engine Update


This update replaces the old game version with the new version of the game made with the Godot Engine. There is no new content, this is just a recreation in the Godot Engine.



Although there is no new content yet, I did add some Quality of Life additions. Some of them being:

  • Right Click now closes apps
  • You can now close apps by clicking on its icon again, when this is possible its icon will be visibly highlighted.
  • You can scroll in Grammer, Tweeter & Diary using WASD, the arrow keys and the Mouse Scroll Wheel.
  • Audio Sliders for volume control.
  • Quick access to the Cursed Diary from the Unlocked Prohibited folder.

I will be making another announcement / life update post here on Steam & in my Discord server soon, probably by the end of this week.

"LIFE" not found; #1 Anniversary Post & DISCOUNT
Hey, it's been a year since "LIFE" not found; was released. Making the game had many ups & downs, so did releasing it. But that's now 1 year ago. I've been surprised at the positive reception the game's been getting ever since the first reviews started rolling in, and I still am surprised to this day.

It started with positive reviews, then came analysis videos done by Paracosm & Graeldon and gameplay videos by RackedOutGamer, Kyzka & NoctisProditor, to name a few. Fuzzybloodpc even did a time-based speedrun, having beaten the game in 28.42 seconds. I could never have expected "LIFE" not found; to do so well, I expected to be made fun of instead lol. The OST (mainly diligence;) has also been performing quite well on streaming services.

1 Year Anniversary Patch
Bug Fixes
- Background Icon would disappear after Settings Menu was closed, that's now fixed.

Quality of Life Changes
- The game now doesn't close itself after jumpscares, only after the first jumpscare, because... L O R E
- The game doesn't close itself after the "Slightly opened white door" puzzle area.

"LIFE" NOT FOUND; 25% DISCOUNT
Yo, it's been a while.

The positive reception of the game still kinda surprises me, I'm forever grateful!

"LIFE" not found;'s DLC will be 25% off next week, from the 19th to the 26th of September! If you were interested in buying them now is the time to do so! If you're not convinced, I made a video to do exactly that! (Don't take it too seriously)
