Changelog:
- 1st attempt to fix some crashes when loading achievement textures
- 1st attempt to fix people appearing in lobby twice (and all the bugs associated with that). We haven't been able to reproduce so don't set your expectations too high about this :(
- Improved minimap colors, now online players are shown in their primary color, and lapped players are shown darker.
- Moved fences in Isla Grande to match collision bounds
- Texts while racing (Nitro, wrong way, etc) are properly shown after changing camera
