Live Maze:

  • Hopefully fixed a resolution bug on Ultrawide monitors
  • Game is now resizable

DLC:

  • When someone uses !emote it will now change immediately (instead of after the next round)

Live Maze has entered early access!

The day is finally there!
Live Maze is out of Beta.

This does however not mean that there are no more bugs, it just means we leveled up!
The game is now also available for everyone to download and install.

The DLC has also been published!

The final beta build has been uploaded!
After today, we will enter Early Access.

At August 31, 4pm CEST, the game will go live.
This is the first indie game I've ever published, to support me financially and get a cool new feature in return, you can buy the DLC

Patch notes:

  • Some bug fixes and polishing
  • Screen resolution fix, the game should work better on different size resolutions
  • A connection indicator next to the channel name field

Version beta-1.5 is live

A beta build has been uploaded which is only available for those with a beta-key.

Patch notes:

  • Added a post-game leaderboard which tracks kills and steps
  • Added another easter egg
  • Fixed button activation by controller

Bug fix version 1.4

A beta build has been uploaded which is only available for those with a beta-key.

Patch notes:

  • Fixed a bug that would generate double mazes at once
  • Improved the camera size when generating the maze
  • Improved the menu navigation

Patch notes:

  • Fixed bugs when setting the AI count to 500 and back a few times
  • Fixed a couple of bomb bugs
  • Improved maze size algorithm a bit
  • Players can't use bombs when they are finished

Version beta-1.4 is live

Patch notes:

  • Added options for moderators to start/end a game
    If the streamer is AFK, moderators can write !start or !end
  • Made everyones name size smaller
  • AI now has a 5% chance to drop a bomb if they have one
  • Players can't use items and will stop rotating when they are dead
  • Fixed a controller bug when navigating the options menu
  • Added some easter eggs in the world

Path notes:

  • Added new movement options (smooth/teleport/roll)
  • Improved the maze size algorithm
  • Made it more clear when someone is holding a bomb
  • Dead players can't bomb anymore

Patch notes:
- Significantly improved performance
- Added a tutorial step explaining movement controls
- Added a speed slider that can be adjusted while in a maze

Version beta-1.1 is live

A beta build has been uploaded which is only available for those with a beta-key

In this build you'll find a working version of the game that can be live streamed to an audience.
In the version 1.1 update a tutorial was added the first time you play the game.

Further bugs in the first beta build should be fixed too, including one where the game would not connect to Twitch on a first launch.
