Content and mechanics:

  • Added ragdoll physics for non-special zombies
  • Added Gameplay option to choose the type of roll/dodge
  • Added UI sounds
  • Added weapon pickup sound effects
  • Added reload animations for: pistols/rifles/shotguns
  • Added sound effects when reloading a weapon
  • Added save system to store achievement progress - now you can complete an achievement over multiple game sessions.
  • Added an option to hide in-game HUD (F8)


Gameplay changes:

  • Increased the chance of a weapon drop
  • Big zombies now always drop something


Bug Fixes:

  • Shield of enemy charger would not break, resulting in him avoiding being stunned.
  • Fixed a bug where enemy AI wouldn't load properly in a standalone version.
  • You can no longer reload your weapon during roll animation.
  • Few achievements were granted when conditions were not met.
  • Achievements are now persistent throughout all game sessions.

Hello survivors,



We have a quick update that adds content and also fixes the bugs we have identified, so far, with the help of the Steam Comunity.
Please help us by reporting any bugs/ errors encountered, we really appreciate it!

Below is a list for this update:

Changes:


  • Added 5 new achievements
  • Added floating damage text when zombies are hit
  • Added an on-screen indicator when the player is hit
  • Added auto-reload. Weapons will reload after you shoot your last bullet or when you try to shoot with an empty magazine
  • Added new reload UI for better visibility
  • Monsters now blink for a short period of time to indicate being hit
  • Added in-game options
  • Added key rebind menu
  • Added a new weapon - rocket launcher
  • Weapon on the ground now displays its own temporal name (until we name all weapons)
  • Weapons now drop more frequently
  • Intro window now will only appear once when the game is started
  • Added additional pathways to the Crossroad map



Bug fixes:


  • Fixed AI spawn area so monsters wouldn't get stuck so easily
  • Fixed resolution scale issue which caused a fps drop
  • Fixed weapon on ground display being visible after AI overlaps the weapon
  • Fixed an issue when setting FPS limit to be uncapped, it would cap at 60fps
  • Occasionally after loading a level, the game would spawn a dummy player (making the game logic work for 2 players instead of one)
  • Sometimes after loading a level, the player is not able to interact with the map nor use weapons
  • Some weapons were assigned to the wrong slots
  • And bunch of other small fixes/improvements
