Dear players,
We're really glad to introduce a major update for Lornsword Winter Chronicle! Here is the list of changes made to the game in order to improve the experience:
- Added Minimap! It greatly helps readability of the action and balances the easy and medium modes
- Added mine & farms flag control - The player now has to hold to demolish - Improved main character visibility - Upgrades don't heal anymore
3 - AI improvements
- Reactivity is boosted - AI personality traits were reinforced - Deeper situation analysis from the AIs - Better AIs reactions: tower rush, defend position...
4 - Tutorial & game onboarding improved
- Introduced "Learn by objectives" option - Texts skimming - Color helps - Improved Timings - Better balancing
Lornsword Winter Chronicle is now available for the following languages:

While working on the last chapter of the game we’ve kept improving the game overall. This update is focused around improving your visual and sound experience.

Lornsword's Second Early Access update
Dear defenders of the Empire !
Our second Early Access update is now live on steam!
For this update we’ve improved Corun and Eshee skills and the battle dynamics while re-balancing the economy.
Here’s the main list of changes:
Improved swordplay:
Combo: 3rd attack deals additional damage
New charged attack added
Targets can now be staggered when being hit
Impact and death visuals are clearer
Corun and Eshee now damage enemies when using Void Walk through them
Global pacing change:
Troops are now bigger on screen and come in proper hands of 5
Hands under orange flag now synchronize their attacks
Troop tiers and roles now have a greater influence on the fights
Troops are now more reactive to your actions
The economy dynamic has been sharpened
Mine usage has more importance
Quality of life improvements:
Troops following you can be all released in one tap using the top right trigger
Far Sight is now faster to use
Prologue maps now give you a skip option to play the mission without the hand holding dialogues

We’ve made quality of life improvements, visual upgrades and better keyboard bindings!
Here’s the main list of changes:
Campaign chapter selection added (you liked the Nil Roga battle? You can now play it again!)
New music tracks added
Difficulty balancing improved (easy, normal and hard levels have been adjusted)
Alert icons made clearer (you shouldn’t miss them any more)
Shadows buildings visual improvements
Shadows units visual improvements (if you think a unit is new, it’s not, it’s just better looking!)
Artifact Shines are now unique (they glow in the dark!)
Music system improvement
Keyboard binding improvement (a highly demanded change)
Summoning is now a direct action (previously you had to hold the button to make it work)
Outpost visibility improved (grass, could potentially hide it before, not any more!)
Shadows headquarters now self destruct (in chapter 2 only - careful with your units, they can be caught in that explosion!)
