《My Vow to My Liege》is a visual novel dating game. Players get to play as a girl disguised as the King of Ng, a man. The 4 dateable characters are: the guide, the enemy, the minister and the guard.Will they choose the man over the country? Love over hate? Who will they finally end up with?
English Translation for Otome Games
Due to the difference in sentence structure and rules in both languages, it is very common for the English translation to be much longer than the original sentence in Mandarin/ Chinese to maintain all the details said in the original text. In English, it is necessary to keep proper grammar and proper grammatic structure for every clause. While in Mandarin, you can omit the subject, and the sentence would still retaining its meaning.
As it stands, our question is whether to summarize the English translation by omitting out the less important details or preserve every aspect of the original text. Below are examples of the two translation.

2. Summarized text with fewer details.

• An island shroud in mist stands in the middle of Lake Tai; at the heart of this island motionlessly stands a group of magestresses on the ground that has been tainted red with blood.

Lost in Secular Love English Edition on Sale at a 30% discount

To install the English version:
If you have installed the previous Chinese or beta version of the game, please uninstall all previous versions with it's archives.
Re-install the English version, right click on the game and go to properties -> Language -> English (from the drop down menu)
It has taken a year and a half to do the translation.

P.s.
1. This game came out in 2014 with an older version of today's platform hence using F12 to take screenshots will be a bit iffy. (Currently, you can only take screenshots of the video clips.) I'm really sorry about that.
2. The text is set in a pdf format therefore, we had to simplify the English translation. You can enjoy a preview of this game with the simplified translation before purchasing.
