A Huge thanks from the development team to you, the players! We never even dared to hope for this positive reception. It has been awesome seeing so many people enjoy what we have created and we hope to be able to give you just as polished experiences in the future. We are a small indie studio and it forces us to fully focus on each project. We are happy to let you be the first to know that we have been hard at work creating something new for you guys! A whole new game that will be up to par with the standards we have set for ourselves and you have become accustomed to seeing from us.

New Update!

Lowglow gets some updates that the community has been asking for.

There is now a text under each level indicating if you have passed under the maximum line limit! Unfortunately this feature cannot see if you have done this already but will track it from now on!

New Content!

15 new levels added to Lowglow! The new levels are inside of a new island just above the map and will be fully unlocked once you have completed the game. For those who have been looking for an extreme challenge you now have it! The main menu also has a new and more streamlined look.

We have also made some bug fixes that should resolve most of the issues the community has spotted. The bug reports have really helped us pinpoint the issues and we encourage you to continue reporting those when something odd happens.

The level editor will need to wait at the moment. We are profoundly sorry for promising the editor too early. To be honest, finalizing the level editor would be a really bad market decision for us at this moment.

Editor - how would you like it?

Heyo lightlings!



I'm Sampo Pihlaja, community manager of Rockodile.

As you might already know, our next big patch for Lowglow will be an editor patch. The editor is now in a state... Let's just leave it at that - it's in a state.

We would like to polish the editor with as much collaboration from community as possible. We are going to add mechanics to the editor that didn't make an appearance in the core game.

Mechanics such as:
  • Bigger maps than screen size(screen panning with mouse and/or keyboard)
  • Addittional blocks and/or objects.
  • Possibility to make campaigns or single levels
  • Scoreboard (still figuring what would be the best measurable thing in Lowglow)


Now the question is, what would you like to see in the editor? Throw your wildest ideas in the discussion section. We will work hard to get the editor UI ready and running. At the moment it is clumsy to use without detailed help. We are going to make it streamlined and forgiving.

I added some rotations and movement. That's why some blocks are in different places than in editor.
