Additional following changes have been made to the game:
- The number of spirits you can contract has been increased by 2, allowing you to contract up to 8 types of Spirit Weapons.
- Eiry the Ancient Spirit is not included in the maximum contractable quantity.
- You are now able to search and sort your Point Inventory!
- You can select your point inventory to display your items in either alphabetical order or by date when you received the item.
- The maximum number of additional equipment slots that can be expanded with Extra Equipment Slot Expansion Coupon will be increased from 12 -> 16.
- Hotkeys for the additional Extra Equipment Slots have also been added under the Hotkey Settings menu.
- A "Related Quest" description has been added to item tooltips.
- These will display items that are relevant to Generational Storylines, Arcana Questline, etc.
- Quest Names are shaded depending on whether the quest has been completed, is in progress, or already completed.
- We improved the character appearance preset provided when first creating a character.
- When creating a new character, the color of the premium newbie wear and shoes worn will be fixed.
- The color of this costume can be changed later through dyeing.
- Several previously coupon-only styles will be changed to premium appearances.
- These changed appearances can be selected for free when creating a new character.
- However, character cards that only allow selection of basic appearances cannot have that appearance selected.
- You can change to these options using 5 Pon through Rebirth or in the Dressing Room.
- Appearances can still be changed using an existing Beauty Coupon for the changed appearance.
- These changed appearances can be selected for free when creating a new character.

- We unleashed the shackles from our Localization team and asked them to rewrite the older descriptions for Paper and Paper Cranes.
- We think the new descriptions show our modern approach to Localization. How do you feel about them?
- You can now collect Flint near Pera Volcano through the use of Rain Casting.
- The following balance adjustments have been implemented:
- Smokescreen
- The duration of the effect has been increased; for Rank 1, increased from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
- When using Smokescreen on an enemy that is already under the effect, the condition timer will refresh.
- Fateweaver
- The duration of the effect has been increased; for Level 10, increased from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
- Death Mark
- The duration of the effect has been increased; for Rank 1 to Dan 3, increased from 15 seconds to 40 seconds.
- Smokescreen
- The probability of a rank increase for Precise Reforging Tools, Exquisite Reforging Tools, and Dazzling Reforging Tools has been increased.
- The probability of a rank increase for Precise Reforging Tools will be increased to the same probability as the Exquisite Reforging Tools.
【 Developer Comments 】
This Astrologer update also brings the addition of the Scythe weapon, which is expected to increase demand for Reforging Tools. Accordingly, in order to alleviate some of the burden of using Reforging Tools, the rank upgrade probability of paid Reforging Tools has been increased. In order to narrow the gap between paid and free reforges, Precise Reforging Tools have been adjusted to have the same probability of being used for rank upgrades as the upgraded Exquisite Reforging Tools.
The following bugs have been fixed:
- Several typo fixes this month across swaths of the game. From further unifying Rudolf to Rudolph on a few items, fixes to assorted quest texts, or more- we will always search high and low to improve the script quality for Mabinogi. Thank you, as always, for your reports!
- The suite of Mysterious [Color] Bags have been renamed slightly in the following format:
- Mysterious Horizontal Green Bag (10x17) -> Mysterious Green Bag (10x17) - Horizontal
- After an unfortunate mix-up, Edern and Gleywas have demanded that the versatile Kraken Sucker be labeled appropriately. The following items have been renamed:
- The Kraken Sucker for Blacksmithing purposes will be named Fierce Kraken Sucker.
- The Kraken Sucker for Cooking purposes will be named Fresh Kraken Sucker.
- The following since-removed event items have had their slots removed from the Chair section of the Dressing Room.
- Beginner's/Journeyman's/Professional's Mannequin (event)
- The visibility of the Spellwalk glyph has been improved, allowing one to better see another's glyphs and the changed visuals from their Effect Change Cards.
- Milletians that have been trade-blocked due to their first Item Shop purchase will be able to drop Storyline items to enter dungeons unimpeded.
- Fixed an issue causing Spirit of Tuan pets to miss their rhythm. Whisper of Tuan will properly increase Music skill duration every time.
- Condensed Strength Fragment: One-handed Blunt Weapon has been added to Gillach's Shop.
- Unusable items involving the removed Bonita Twin Ribbon (Handicraft) recipe will no longer drop.

- Slight adjustments to various UIs to better accommodate text. Most notably the chat text for Direct Messages and Altruism's Quest Chat Room will no longer be cut off by the window.
- The text for Grandmaster Mage Unique Effect now properly indicates that you need a Magic Weapon equipped.
- The male hairstyle Parted Long Hair has been renamed to Regal Parted Long Hair.
- A prankster in the Royal Court swapped the ink used for naming Tara Banquet Tables with an invisible brand, causing chaos as nobody knew where to sit! More fine ink has been imported, and tables will once again be able to be named.
- The skill description of the Ninja skill Smokescreen has been clarified to better describe its effect.

- There is an issue with the in-game Guild list not populating with guilds.
- There is an issue where one-time/limited items cannot be purchased from the in-game shop, but can be purchased on the Web Shop.
- Shop items with expiration times start counting down upon the player logging in or changing channels, rather than having their count down start when the item is purchased.
- In rare circumstances when rapidly casting Arrow Revolver, players will become unable to move or attack until receiving an attack or relogging.
