Update 2 Notes for 10 November
- Some minor difficulty tweaks, to make slightly easier

Update Notes for November 10
Fixes:

- Enabled player movement on boss explosion so you can avoid any remaining enemies/projectiles and make kills
- Fixed score not tallying on Game Over
- Fixed sorting on the enemy dead bodies

Tweaks:

- Made the beginning of Level 1 slightly easier
- Added Help Text for Level 1 first grenade pickups
- Set default fire buttons to Z and X

Mac Build Update
Mac build is now fully working.

Also remapped the default fire controls to Z and X, so LeftControl is no longer used.
