Two New Heroes Join the Fight:

Increasing Bat and Heavy Health values for longer interactions
Added 'hint' mortar shots
When players aren't near any active artillery camps, a stray mortar shell will occasionally fly by from the direction of an uncleared cam. This shell has a longer lasting smoke trail, in the hopes of leading players towards the camp
Fixed issue where character health was set from wrong source
