Hello, dear players!

Our first game, Mad Pack , is out of Early Access today. At this moment, we have done almost everything that we wanted to do since the beginning of work on this project, in order to say that the game is ready.
It may not have some things that you would like to see in it now, but this is a way for us to grow further. We will leave the game for a while to work on another project, but please send us your ideas and/or comments. Perhaps some of this will form the basis for expanding the game when we return to it.

Now to what awaits you in this update.


    <*> Bosses learn abilities
    We hope you enjoyed the final boss and his abilities. Now he will not be alone - all the bosses in the game have acquired a special ability that they will use in battle with the heroes. Except the very first goblin boss, he's too low level for that.
    <*> New enemy - Cultist
    A new enemy has appeared in the game, but it will not be the standard test for heroes. The Cultist can be found in the locations of Hell, where he appears randomly.
    The task of the Cultist is to summon new monsters to this world, which is what he does. By itself, he is not a dangerous opponent, he does not even attack heroes and tries to run away from them, but if left uncontrolled, he will call for enough strong monsters to help. Good luck meeting him!
    <*> Daily and weekly tasks
    A small bonus for those who use the game as a means to keep themselves busy in the evening. The game has added daily and weekly tasks, which will be easy to complete goals, they can be done in a few minutes (depending on the level of the hero). The reward for them is a nice bonus for the hero who completed them.
    Just don't forget to turn it in to the Quest Master before the deadline!
    <*> PvP arena
    A new opportunity for experienced players to show themselves.
    A new portal to the PvP zone in the form of a labyrinth has opened in the merchant camp. In the very center lies a treasure that becomes available when 3 or more players enter the zone. All restrictions are disabled here, players can fight each other for this treasure or just for fun.

    A new character in the camp near this portal will tell you the basic information.
    But a couple of important notes:
    - You can only leave the PvP zone through the portals located in it. The usual teleportation stone does not work here.
    - Upon death in this zone, all items drop out of the character's inventory and can be picked up by another player. Equipment remains intact, as do potions.
    - The treasure cannot be opened in the PvP zone, for this it must be taken back to the merchant camp and activated in the inventory. If it is full at the time of opening, then extra things will fall to the ground.

    Now you can know us by sight :)
    <*> Minor fixes and additions for the entourage (sounds, etc.). Also, a robot has been put on guard of the servers, which will monitor their work and availability at any time of the day or night.

    New Year's update!

    Hello, dear friend!

    Two thousand twenty-first year was a difficult year, so we want to please you with a New Year's update and give you hope for a speedy release from early access!

    The monsters from the Mod Pack also prepared for the holiday: they dressed up the Christmas tree and put on costumes, and decorated the interface with a garland!

    In this update, all the icons of the items were redrawn, and we also fixed dozens of minor bugs for a more enjoyable gameplay.

    Pre-release update

    Hello everyone!
    It's been a while since the last update and it might seem that we have abandoned the game. It's not like that at all. In fact, all this time there was work on a large number of changes and improvements that can only exist together.

    Even if we walked to this moment for a very long time, and finally came. This is the penultimate update before the game went out of Early Access, and we tried to make it special. Let's see what is in it.


    • BOSS
      The real one. The last doors are open and behind them is the final test of this game. We tried to make this meeting between players and the boss spectacular, so you will face a battle with a boss who is not going to give up so easily and may surprise you with his special abilities. Don't forget to chat with the thief before you go to him!

      And in addition to him - a new resident of the Temple, which can also create a lot of trouble on the way to the end of the game. You will definitely not miss it.

    • New talents
      Prior to this update, the talent system was not very variable. Limitations in the choice of one of the development options reduced the number of build options. Now this limitation is gone. Even though there are still only five available talents per lane, you can now select different combinations that suit your character specifically. The talents themselves have also been tweaked to create a little challenge for the players.

      What if you have pumped everything, and your talent points keep falling and falling? The answer to this question is the system for pumping the main characteristics of the character. Now, as soon as you fully open one of the character's skills, special talents will become available that improve the character's Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence. They have no limits. Give it a try.

    • Item sets
      Sets are included in the game. We add 3 sets for each class: Rare, Epic and Legendary rarity. Sets in the game are obtained exclusively from bosses (all bosses, even earlier), each of them consists of four items and gives useful bonuses for the character (including bonus skill points that goes beyond the limit per lane). We suggest collecting all of them.

    • Item level
      Forced nerf of the item system - now each item has a required level that the character must have in order to use it. This applies to all items that come across the hero's path.

    • Caravan
      The caravan has reached the merchant camp! Now you can safely leave unnecessary but important items to the caravan leader. He will keep them forever and free. But his inventory is limited, so you have to choose wisely what to keep with him and what to sell.

    • And also dozens of minor bugs and changes that affect the improvement of the gameplay.


    That's all for today. We still have a few ideas for their implementation, which we will do for the next update, after which the game will leave Early Access.

    Temple update

    Hello there, it's time for the next update!

    We are glad to see the attention of the players to our little project. It may have dragged on, but we are steadily moving towards the completion of the basic functionality of our first game and the exit from early access. All this happened only thanks to you, dear players, and we are grateful to you for that. Stay with us!

    Now let's move on to what awaits you in this update.


    • New dungeon level - Infected Temple!
      Hell is drawing to an end - another wall has been broken, revealing a new level behind it. In the infected temple, heroes will be one step closer to the source of the entire invasion of this Shard. Monsters protect it especially zealously, and strange humming is heard behind closed doors and an evil glow emanates. They will open very soon, revealing all the secrets of this place.

    • New potions!
      The alchemist this time made as many as three discoveries. To help the heroes in the depths of the new part of the dungeon, he made three whole potions.
      The first potion - damage potion - allows you to deal more damage to the enemy.
      The second potion - a potion of experience - increases the experience gained by the hero for killing enemies.
      The third potion - a potion of speed - increases the speed of movement of the hero.

      Both potions come in two types: weak and strong.
      To make it convenient for the hero to store them, everyone was given a special enchanted chest, in which potions are protected from everything. However, this also imposes certain restrictions.

      • All potions are unique and tied to the hero, they cannot be transferred to others.
      • The selected potions are automatically placed in the correct slot.
      • Potions cannot be sold - they belong to the hero forever.



      Also, you cannot drink several potions of the same strength at the same time - the effect does not stack, but is refreshed. However, you can drink potions of different strengths at the same time! Of course, interacting with each other, they give an effect a little weaker than just the sum of the effects, but it's still more than each of the potions separately.

      How to find these potions:

      • Buy from the rare's merchant - while these potions are few, they are sold for crystals. The merchant is ready to give weak potions for a pittance, for the strong ones he will ask for more.
      • Monsters have learned to brew copies of these potions. So far, they only get weak versions, but they can already be found at dungeon bosses, along with ordinary things.
      • Receive a gift from the taskmaster. Through him, the alchemist gave all the heroes, both old and new, a small supply of new potions.


    • Sounds of music!
      Anyone who turned off annoying music (we fully understand and do not judge) can give it another chance. Now all locations are accompanied by good music suitable for this adventure. Also, all interactions now have their own special sounds to give a bit of life to routine matters.

    • Health recovery
      A small change in how this mechanic works. Now health is restored when the hero takes no damage, 2 seconds after the last hit to the hero.

    • Some more minor and minor changes in decorations and game optimization.
