[Notice] 3/14 PDT Update Notice
For today's announcement, we would like to share information regarding the update.
As many have been waiting for a long time, the ACT 3 has finally been updated.
We expect the ACT 3 to provide more fun than ACT 1 and ACT 2.
Also, the Magiax story will continue and will constantly be updated in the future.

Update Contents:
1. ACT 3 Added
2. DLC Characters Changes
> The DLC characters have been changed to be FREE for all users.
3. Morgan Character Balance
> All of Morgan's skill damage has been increased.
4. Caleera's Blazing Hellfire II Damange Balance
> Caleera's Blazing Hellfire II skill damage has been reduced.
5. Xbox One Pad Error Issue Resolved.
> The issue where the game would not read the Xbox One pad upon connecting the controller has been resolved.
6. Xbox One Pad Key Display Issue Resolved.
> The issue where the key display would not display correct in the key customization screen when using the Xbox One Pad has been resolved.
7. An issue where the Control Pad would not work during specific UI has been resolved.
8. An issue where the system would execute upgrade twice when upgrading the gear for the first time with the controller pad has been resolved.

[Announcement] Early Access Benefit Notice
We would like to update everyone regarding the status of the DLC relation issue that occurred after the full-version release.
Our original intent was to provide all of the DLC characters for free to all the early access users after the full-version release.
However, because it was our first time launching a game through Steam, we had difficulty fully understand the steam system.
Because of this, we have caused many misunderstandings and unpleasantness to all the users.
We have experienced a minor issue with the DLC that was submitted for review.
Thus, we have resubmitted last Saturday which have been approved today morning.
The DLC is currently on stand-by for the release.
Also, we have requested steam if there was any way for us to separate users that have purchased within a certain time frame but received a reply that it was not possible.
(We wanted to provide free DLC to users that purchased during the early access period).
We have personally searched through the steam system and found out that there is a method to allow users who have purchased Magiax to download DLC for free for a certain period.
However, this allows any users who have purchased Magiax from early access to a future date that we set to receive DLC for free which may cause equality issues.
But, this method is the best way for us to provide benefits to all the users who have purchased Magiax during the early access.

Note: Leta Vinis and Morgan von Shill will change to paid DLC on 3/8 UTC.
You must purchase Leta and Morgon after 3/8 UTC to obtain them.

[Announcement] A Letter of apology to all our users
We apologize for making the game experience unpleasant for you.
MagiaX is the first game we ever launched in Steam thus, we could not fully grasp the steam submission system.
We want to share some brief steam inspection system that we have known so far.
Before releasing a product, we must receive an initial inspection to steam.
However, after the initial inspection, any updates can be released without additional inspections.
We did receive an initial inspection regarding the early access thus, we were just able to release the full version without additional inspection.
The problem was, we did not know that the DLC version required an inspection before the release.
We were not aware of this fact because according to the Steam system, the DLC version is not a separate build but a structure that is subordinate to the full version.
We learned this factor lately when attempting to release the DLC after the full version release.
It was impossible to reverse the situation because the full version had already been released.
The DLC is currently under stream review and will be released as soon as review is complete.
Many were most curious about characters and our plans was to provide Kaleera for free while releasing Leta and Morgan for DLC.
During the early access period, we were asked several times about the DLC monetization, and we replied that some characters may be provided with purchases.
But it seems that our explanation was not clear and thorough enough to our users.
As there was a misunderstanding, we are currently looking for ways to reward early access users.
We would like to sincerely request to be a little bit patient with us and we will notify all our users once it is confirmed.
Regarding the ACT 3, we have prepared to update to add new ACT after the release of the full version.
The ACT 3 story is in the process of the final testing and will be updated in mid March.
The Magia story will continue to be updated in the future and we will notify everyone upon release.
Many have been waiting for a long time for the full version release, however, we sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your expectations.
We will do our best to meet the expectation and provide fun gaming experience to our users.
