We have introduced an new Easter egg monster in the game, The Golden Mantis. This powerful mantis will only spawn under certain very specific requirements and it is said to be a legendary monster in the world of Magic Barrage. Brave warriors who find and defeat this monster receive treasures equal to that of the Gods.

Server Alexander Maintenance Continued
Maintenance for Alexander continues as we are resolving further problems with the merged database and the ETA will be increased from 8 hours to 24 hours.
We are doing our best to get everything resolved in about another 12-16 hours.
Belmont is still up and running in the meanwhile, please enjoy your game there.
There will be compensation for all players in response to the delay.

Magic Barrage March 17-18 Patch Notes and Server Maintenance
Thank you all for playing Magic Barrage and waiting for our content updates. We are pround to announce the second major 2015 update for Magic Barrage - Bitferno.
In this patch, we are further increasing the class variety by significantly buffing serveral classes' late game abilities.
Maintenance is to begin at 7PM PST Wednesday March 18th, or 3 AM CET Thursday March 19th and will last from 6-8 hours.
Major Changes:
We will be merging the existing Magic Barrage servers in our backend during this patch as well. This lead to a longer maintenance time but it will increase the amount of players online and create a more active community.
Warrior Changes: Warrior's primary spell had one of the lowest damage scalings among all of the classes at the highest level. We feel like these changes should allow Warrior players to compete with everyonelse especially at level 80.
Rampage-Smash
Primary physical damage increased from 106% to 120% at all ranks.
Godlike-Smash
Primary physical damage increased from 120% to 150% at all ranks.

Mage Changes:
Void Meteor Storm has been an ability that many mage players avoided using due to its long cooldown. The spell's damage is also on the lower side considering that it is unlocked at level 60.

Bonus magic damage increased from 1250/1810/2370/2930/3490 to 1750/2310/2870/3430/3990
Cooldown reduced from 30 seconds to 15 seconds at all ranks.
Ninja Changes: Ninja class's Shuriken spell mana cost have been reduced along the mid levels to improve the level curve.

Mana cost reduced from 215/252/289/326/363 to 150/187/224/261/298
Assassin Changes: Assassin's assassinate abilities' damage have been increased as we consider the high risk of the spell should lead to higher rewards.

Primary physical damage % increased from 100/120/140/160/180 to 140/160/180/200/220
Spunk Assassinate
Primary physical damage % increased from 200/225/250/275/300 to 260/285/310/335/360

In Game Purchase Bug on Belmot Server
We are aware of the bug currently on Belmont server where the player's purchase of diamonds are being redirected to the player's server 1 (Alexander) accounts. Fix is in progress and will be implemented within 2 hours tonight.
If you were affected by this bug, please leave a comment with our character name either under this post or in the forum thread and we will reemburse you at the earliest possible time.
