We heard your opinions about our game and we're happy to present updated release of Magician Apprentice including your observations... and even with 50% price drop for Steam Holiday Sale!

  • We've given all our in-game messages and dialogs a solid proof-read, to fix all language mistakes.
  • We've updated the interpolation algorithm on sprites, which gives much cleaner look of in-game characters
  • We've tweaked movement algorithm, so it should be easier to travel up/down stairs
  • We've build the game with Large Address Aware and now it should give performance boost on x86-64 machines
  • We've optimized A-Star algorithm for character travel through different z-levels
  • And last but not least, we've done a solid deal of optimization inside engine, including image handling functions. These should be visible on 4gb+ memory machines


Before the end of 2015 we want to publish at least one more update which will add Workshop and Steam Cards features to the game.
