Post-update Break
Hi all! This is old news to anyone who's followed the game a while but for those new to the scene, it is customary for me to take a little break of a week or two after rolling out one of my major updates and all of its related hotfixes. This time around it lines up nicely with Christmas, too, which is a bonus!

However, I'll be back soon with more updates about the upcoming crafting/enchantment update, so stay tuned for that!

Weekly Developer bLog - 12th November 2016
Hi all! Just a quick text-only blog this week as there's not much to report. Testing is continuing on the (now fairly large) hotfix, and lemme tell you those champions in the test team have been working their little tushies off and powering through the test items super fast! Every time I log into the forums to see how they're getting on they've confirmed a few more items for me!

In the meantime I'm still working on the strange Thieves Den spell disc glitch. It's tricky as it only occurs under EXTREMELY specific and rare circumstances (which is probably why I haven't had reports of you guys running into it).

I've also been doing a bit of planning to map out the enchantment update, including doing all the data mapping for the spell gems to work with the weapon and armour enchantment abilities, as well as to plan out the witch hut functionality (which you'll hear about soon enough :P)

So all in all, things are rolling along fine. Figured it was too boring to make you have to sit through a video about it :P

Oh man, I need more coffee....
So I've been working frantically all morning to fix a bug concerning the boss monster loot, and this WEIRD bug started happening. I'd find the boss and move towards them and then they'd disappear and move somewhere else in the map. I thought I was going mad. It was driving me crazy for a good half hour...

Then I realised the boss was magically teleporting me away from him, and since I didn't have a torch lit I couldn't see enough of my surroundings to realise it...

I'm such an idiot. I need stronger coffee lol
