The Valentine Theme Capsule is a special capsule to celebrate the month of romance! Each ticket costs 200 Blue Merets and when used, brings up the capsule machine for you to spin. Special Theme Capsules are not on a regular rotation and periodically appear during major holiday seasons! They feature Legendary costumes and other special cosmetics to commemorate the occasion! Note that only the Full Body Outfit is required to activate the special animation changes associated with a Legendary outfit set.
If you obtain an item that you don't like or an extra of something you've already received, you can dismantle it for 1 Series Coin which you can double-click in your Currency tab to bring you to a shop where you can spend your coins at the associated Series Coins Shop! Double-clicking the coin will always bring you to the specific shop it came from, even after the list of available items from the capsule changes or the sale of a capsule expires.

32-Bit Client Discontinuation
Greetings Maplers,
Starting on February 12th, 2020, the 32-bit client for MapleStory 2 will be discontinued. Players will be defaulted to the 64-bit version of the game client. Moreover, the recommended specs of MapleStory 2 will be adjusted on all of our platforms. Due to Microsoft's discontinuation of Windows 7 support, we recommend that players use Windows 10 when playing the game.

Recommended Hard Drive Space Before: 8 GB available space After: 20 GB available space

Join Community Manager Kyrios on Wednesday, February 5th at 1 PM PST for our monthly content livestream detailing the upcoming changes for our February 12th update! Everything from content updates, to quality of life changes, to upcoming events and sales. There's also giveaways and opportunities to ask questions every stream! Livestreams are always broadcasted to Twitch.tv, Facebook, and Steam, though our community predominantly chats on Twitch. You can view the broadcast on Steam from the Store Page when it goes live.

The Ducky Outfit Capsule is a regularly rotating list of thematic cosmetic outfits that you can obtain to show off your own unique style in MapleStory 2! Each ticket costs 150 Blue Merets and when used, brings up the capsule machine for you to spin. The Ducky Outfit Capsule's contents rotate on the 1st and 15th of every month at UTC time.
