As the Steam Community Market (BETA) feature is scheduled to close, we want to share important steps to help you prepare for the upcoming changes. Please review the following carefully and take action before all related service ends on August 27, 2025 before maintenance.

Purchase items listed on the Steam Community Market.
Cancel any active listings on the Steam Community Market.
List items for sale from your Steam Inventory to the Steam Community Market.
Claim items from your Steam Inventory to your in-game character's inventory. (Use NPC Maple Administrator)
In-game changes after the June 11, 2025 maintenance NPC Oswell will be removed, and items can be retrieved and refunded through the Maple Administrator NPC in the Event Hall.
Items can be retrieved and refunded from June 11, 2025 after maintenance - August 27, 2025 before maintenance.
Item Retrieval Process (Steam → Game)
Items from the Steam Inventory can be moved to your in-game inventory.
These items can only be moved by the same character who originally registered the item.
Please note that items not moved into your in-game inventory before the August 27, 2025 maintenance will become unretrievable and refunds will no longer be available.
Oswell's Scissors of Karma Refund Process
Refunds will be issued as a Maple Point Coupon through the Maple Administrator NPC if you meet the following requirements.

When talking to the Maple Administrator NPC, refunds will not be issued if the Oswell's Scissors of Karma or an item with the effect applied are not in your character's inventory.
Items in the Cash Shop Inventory or Item Storage must be claimed and moved to your character's in-game inventory to receive a refund.
Items in your Steam Inventory cannot be refunded. You must move them to the in-game inventory to receive a refund.
The Steam Community Market and related refund process will be available until the August 27, 2025 maintenance. After this date, item retrieval and refunds will no longer be available. Please make sure to proceed within that time frame to avoid any problems.

Resolved an issue where players were not able to obtain rewards from Xiao Xiao's Level-up Support on a newly created Mo Xuan character if earlier reward tiers were claimed previously on a separate and deleted Mo Xuan character.
Resolved an issue causing players to circumvent chat bans by using the Fast Character Switch feature.
Resolved an issue where Xiao Xiao's Level-up Support displayed Arcane Symbol Selector Coupons as a reward for reaching Lv. 200.
Resolved an issue where Divine Art: Crashing Earth's Cooldown would be reduced only when Heir of the Divine's Reincarnation feature was inactive and not while it was active.
Resolved an issue where the Lynn job would appear as Jianghu when viewed in the Character Select screen and the Switch Character UI.
Resolved a text issue where the Victoria Cup Completion Box would incorrectly show granting a Lovely Sugar Set Selector Coupon instead of a Mushroom Garden Set Selector Coupon.

How to Participate
Select the ‘[Victoria Cup] Boat Racing’ quest from the Event List and click ‘Participate’ to enter the Victoria Beach Entrance.
Alternatively, you can talk with Camila located in the Victoria Cup Main Stadium then head to Valerie to start Boat Racing!
Requirements: Lv. 101 and above characters who have completed the ‘[Victoria Cup] Start Homecoming Mission’ quest (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
You will be playing against 8 other players but you must not be in a party!
The player that reaches the finish the fastest wins the race.
You will acquire Collection Points and Racing Points based on the game results!
You can check out your Collection status through the Collection Book!
How to Play
Upon getting matched into a game, you can select your boat.
If you leave midgame or if you do not play within a certain amount of time, the game will be processed as a fail and all characters within the account cannot enter another game for 10 minutes.
The mini-game starts when all participants have selected their boat.

Be advised that any collision will result in the cancellation of your drift gauge's fill process.

Addressing the Recent Kronos Server Downtime
Greetings Maplers,
On May 3rd, at 5:19 AM PDT, Kronos servers experienced significant stability issues. To swiftly resolve this issue, the Kronos server was temporarily shut down and restarted for Kronos users to quickly return to the game.
We understand this issue had a significant impact on some players. We are currently reviewing the cause and will be performing the following in an upcoming Server Maintenance:
Resolve the Steam Market issue leading to the server crash.
Enable Steam Market for all users.
Provide compensation to impacted Kronos players.
We will have more details to share soon. Please keep an eye on this post for more information on when the maintenance will occur.
Players who experienced a rollback during the time of the server issue, please report it to our Player Support team and we will do our best to respond sincerely to each case. Please be advised that response times may be affected due to a high volume of support requests.
