[Update Apr 12] Tactical Relay Event
[Update Apr 12] On the event UI, there is a text error where a Thief symbol is labeled as "Warrior" when hovered over. The text is incorrect and the bonus points will be provided when the mission is completed with a Thief character.

Enjoy the spring weather and unleash the full breadth of your legion of characters with the Tactical Relay Event! You'll need to complete tasks on nine different MapleStory characters on the same world in order to get the best rewards possible, so show off all your characters and claim some truly epic chairs!

Unscheduled Login Server and Channel Maintenance - April 8, 2022
We will be performing an unscheduled login server and channel maintenance on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 4:00 PM PDT (7:00 PM EDT / 1:00 AM CEST Apr. 9 / 9:00 AM AEST Apr. 9). We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 2 hours, concluding around 6:00 PM PDT (9:00 PM EDT / 3:00 AM CEST Apr. 9 / 11:00 AM AEST Apr. 9). The maintenance will be rolled out progressively in stages as outlined below. In-game slide messages will inform players of the maintenance progress and which channels to avoid.

Pink Bean Bulletin: Update #6 on Lag and Server Instability Issues
Greetings Maplers,

Here’s a little update on what we observed after the March 24 maintenance.

March 24 Maintenance
Bera world seems to have improved in terms of the log count we were monitoring and what’s observed when playing on the server. We saw a few comments on the last survey from players that there's some odd behavior on some Bera world channels after the change, and so we will continue to investigate if that is server-related or not.

April 7 Maintenance
We have replaced all the Scania world channels during the April 7 maintenance and will monitor the channel performances after the deployment.

We have been and will continue to monitor the channels in NA Reboot and Bera worlds while we proceed to replace channels in the remaining worlds.

As usual, we will post another survey to gather information after this weekend, when the Scania world channels have had some time to be played on for a few days. The survey link will be provided here in this post as well as posted on our community platforms. We’d appreciate your active participation and feedback on these surveys.

Here’s a little update on what we observed after the March 3rd maintenance and March 16th v.231 game update.

March 3 Maintenance and March 16 v.231 Game Update
We’ve seen the player survey responses from the changes made during the March 3rd maintenance and we applied those changes to the rest of the remaining channels, channels 21 and 30, in NA Reboot world during our March 16th game update. We will continue monitoring the NA Reboot world channels to see if additional changes are necessary.

March 24 Maintenance
The Yeti x Pink Bean World servers were using the same servers that channel 21 and 30 of NA Reboot world use. Despite the high traffic in the event world, we saw some feedback that Yeti x Pink Bean World channels felt good in terms of lag, so we applied these same changes to Bera world so that all the channels are also using the new servers.

As usual, we will post another survey to gather information after this weekend, when the Bera world channels have had some time to be played on for a few days. The survey link will be provided here in this post as well as posted on our community platforms. We’d appreciate your active participation and feedback on these surveys.
