Using the 'Skip' feature during a boss battle may sometimes increase the boss's attack frequency significantly. To prevent this while we investigate the issue, we recommend not using the 'Skip' option during boss fights.
The game client would crash while familiars are summoned with an empty familiar slot when opening the Character Info UI.

Slay Ride
Take Holly and Jolly's special sleigh on a race through the snow, dodging seasonal tombstones and blowing past festive coffins, as you deliver presents at top speed!
Use the Left and Right keys to switch between lanes to avoid the tombstones, the Use/Interact key to knock down the caskets in your way, and collect the "RIDE" letters for a brief period of invulnerability! You'll earn special prizes the longer you travel, including the Sleigh Chair and Jolly Totem (90-day duration). Check out the full details below!

Complete the quest '[Dark Maplemas] Slay Ride' through the Event List.
Requirement: Lv. 101 and above characters (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
After completing the quest, head over to Jolly and accept the ‘[Dark Maplemas] Slay Ride’ quest to begin.
There are 3 lanes to maneuver from but be careful of oncoming tombstones and coffins! Use your arrow keys and spacebar to avoid the obstacles.
Collect letters to spell out “RIDE” to get a boost increase and become invincible.
You can claim these rewards from Jolly in the Dark Maplemas Eve map.
Up to 50k meters can be reached every week. (No entry count limit before reaching it).

O Holy Fright
Holly and Jolly's arrival in Maple World has brought along some unwelcome tag-alongs, and they need your help to chase them off and save Dark Maplemas!
Use Shift to fire your laser at the invading enemies, while dodging their attacks from on high! Your other skills will be disabled for this fight, so make sure to move carefully, beware reinforcements, and catch falling presents for a 7-second attack power boost and invulnerability! Clear the mission and earn your way towards the Fright Totem (90-day duration) and Dark Maplemas Damage Skin, and see the full details below!
Event Details:
Requirement: Lv. 101 and above characters (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
We must defend Maplemas from Fright, an invader from the outer spheres! Holly and Jolly are relying on us to help save Dark Maplemas from pesky present stealers.
Complete the quest '[Dark Maplemas] O Holy Fright' through the Event List.
After completing the quest, head over to Jolly and accept the ‘[Dark Maplemas] O Holy Fright’ quest to begin.
Stay on your toes! If you get hit with the barrage you will get damaged. Use your Shift and direction keys to fire at Fright.
Keep in mind that your skills will not be available during this quest.
There are 3 types of barrages that can cause damage:
Basic Barrage: Inflict 10% damage to your health.
Confusion: Causes your keyboard directions to invert.
Instant Kill Barrage: Inflicts 100% damage to your health.

Do You Fear What I Fear?
It wouldn't be Maplemas without a tree, even one as... hungry as this one looks. Still, a Maplemas Tree needs decorations, and Holly and Jolly want you to find them throughout your adventures!
Collect Ornament Boxes by hunting monsters around your level, and when you get 10 of them, you'll be able to place an ornament on the tree and collect a Dark Maplemas Gift Box, containing your choice of progression, EXP, profession, or enhancement rewards. You can collect up to 10 gift boxes every day. See the full details below!

You can join this event by accepting the '[Dark Maplemas] Do You Fear What I Fear?' quest from Holly.
Requirement: Lv. 101 and above characters (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
When you defeat monsters near your level (20 levels below and 20 levels above), you can collect the dropped Ornament Boxes.
You can exchange 10 Ornament Boxes for 1 Tree Ornament
When you get 1 Tree Ornament, you will receive a Steadfast Child Present Box!
There are a total of 10 Tree Ornaments.
Rewards can be claimed once a day per ornament, which means you can get a total of 10 Steadfast Child Present Boxes daily!
You can check the Ornament Box quantity, decorations, and claim rewards using the Event UI.
♪ Ghastly the Snowman, is a very angry foe, made of snow and hate and magic too great because Holly's portal closed too slow! Ghastly the Snowman, can be fought in his own place, take the portal in and battle to win while you punch him in the face! ♪
Once you hunt 1,000 monsters around your level, a portal to Ghastly the Snowman's domain will appear, allowing for a fight similar to the Inferno Wolf's Den (only a bit colder). You'll have a minute to take him down with special prizes on the line based on how much damage you do. You can fight Ghastly the Snowman up to three times per day, so check out the full details below!

Holly and Jolly are trying to fit in with Maple World's own strange Maplemas traditions of "love" and "compassion". They've prepared their own rewards for everyone celebrating in the Dark Maplemas Eve area!
