There is a very good reason why it's been so quiet from our end. And we're about to tell you all about it.
When Marie’s Room was Greenlit almost two years ago, we never dreamed the release of it more than a year later would be met with so much love.
We were blown away by the number of instant players. We loved the positive feedback and praised ourselves lucky that we’d found all of you.
Soon we realized that if we ever wanted to start our own studio, this was the time to do it.
So, that's what we did.
We started a game studio - like Charlie.

Blog and news update
Hello everyone!
It's been a while! First of all, I'd like to thank you all for all the support you've given us, and the game. Thank you so much!
I'm aware that a few people have crashes when a video is supposed to play. I've looked into this problem, a few times now, and have spent countless hours to get it reproduced or fixed. But without success. I'm really sorry for this. All I can recommend is you make sure you have all the latest drivers installed of your video card. This was helpful for a handful of people.
'Marie's Room' has been a great ride, and has enabled me, and the team to think about what's next. So stay tuned for that, some great news coming up!
One last thing, for those who are interested, I started a blog on my new website. The first post deals with the early days of developing Marie's Room.

Marie's Room Soundtrack released!
Hey everyone!
We noticed a lot of you really enjoyed the soundtrack of Marie's Room. So we decided to release it in a bundle as free DLC here on Steam!
We hope you like it and enjoy!
Huge shout out to both Dries Vienne and Simon Alexander.
Without their music, the game wouldn't have been the same.
First of all, thank you so much for the continuing support. We love it!
The last couple of days I've been working on a few fixes.
<*>The spawning bug in the beginning of the game. Since I can't reproduce this, I'm not entirely sure if this update fixes it. In any case, let me know with a reply to this post if you still experience the issue. (again, just restarting the game does fix this problem).
<*>The game doesn't start in fullscreen anymore. Since a few people had problems with menu not reacting to the mouse, flickering,.. and so on.
Hope this is a fix for those people.
Please make sure to delete your Settings.sav file first, located here:
C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Local\MariesRoom\Saved\SaveGames
before you try again.

The first 24 hours of 'Marie's Room'
Hey everyone!
'Marie's Room' has been out for roughly 24 hours and so far, we've been overwhelmed by the response. Thank you so much, to each and everyone of you, for making this an incredible release!
We know about the few bugs, luckily, they aren't really blocking.
<*> There's a super small chance that, when you start the game. You spawn into a position, from which you can't move. The easiest fix for this at the moment is to restart the game and try again. But I'm investigating the issue.
<*> The journal audio that keeps on playing is another one. Also, looking into it.
Trying to get these fixed ASAP.
But again, thank you so much for the positive response. We appreciate it!
