Greetings, Market Tycoon fans!
The long-awaited version 1.5.3 of Market Tycoon is now available. Let's get right into it and see what's new.
Most of the work was done behind the scenes to improve performance in this update. It will be the website feature that will stand out with this update, as you will now be able to launch a website for your market and receive orders online. Then, you would have the option of packing items manually or having the stocking employee pack them for you, and then delivering those orders using the truck.
Please note that saved games with older versions of Market Tycoon are not compatible with this version.
Updating translations to different languages are still a work in progress and will become live in-game automatically as the translations are available. if you are interested in translating Market Tycoon into your language, send an email to Contact@ProtectionGames.com with the subject "Market Tycoon Translation", and specify the language you will be translating it into.

First, I want to apologize for the long delay for this update. I have faced many unexpected issues with this update as well as life issues that halted the development of the game for some time. The good news is the new update is almost ready and therefore I would like your help to test this open beta version before going to the public.
Most of the work was done in the background for better performance. However, the biggest new feature you will notice with this update is the website feature where you would be able to launch a website for your market and receive online orders. You would then have the option to either pack items manually or let the stocking employee pack them for you then you can use the truck to deliver those orders. I would like to hear your feedback on the website system and how it can be improved and if there are any difficulties using the system.
To opt in for the open beta, open your game library, then right-click on Market Tycoon, and click “Properties”. Then switch to the “Betas” tab in the game’s properties window. Now select the open beta from the drop-down menu.
Please note that this is a beta version, Bugs and crashes may occur. Saved games with older versions of Market Tycoon are not compatible with this version. Beta is compatible with Windows 64-bit systems only
