CONTENT

GAMEPLAY
Revamped every sprouter enemy with new themed abilities and visuals.
Characters hitboxes slightly increased.
Global loot drop quality slightly increased.
Fighting the Sprouter Queen should now feel more consistent.
EXPEDITIONS
Reward system revamped: Quality of rewarded items is now tied to current progress percentage (before, it was based on the number of completed objectives) and added a currency reward option. Failed expeditions can still be turned-in for said currency reward.
Long expeditions now always feature a guaranteed Well and Treasure Chest event encounters.
The position of leader-type encounters is now always shown in the expedition map.

Dodge Rating attribute lowered on items by roughtly 25%.
Firestarter Rod (Relic) removed and replaced by a new item: Pyromantic Syllabarium (Relic).

Ambush removed and replaced by a new ability: Shadow Strike.

Interface for Waypoints has been revamped and expanded.
Equipment Audit added: In an attempt to help players gearing up, the games will now try to hightlight and warn about suboptimal equipment choices and/or suggest changes. Please note that this is an experimental feature.
Tooltip for Armor attribute now also shows damage reduction percentage.
AMBIENT
It is now less dark at night and inside outdoors biomes (such as caves).

Chapter 2: Gardens
This update is adding the second chapter of the main storyline, set in the Gardens of Valesia. Adventurers will be called to further investigate what is causing such ruckus within the city and extirpate a new threat. Associated Expeditions will also unlock as the plot unveils.

Revamped UIs
The Waypoint interface has been extended: destinations are now grouped according to the zone they belong to, and zones by their chapter - with some room for future improvements.
It should be easier now to navigate between zones and chapters.

Consumable Items
Every adventurer worthy of this title carries alchemical agents in his arsenal. Potions can be consumed between battles and are meant to bring some flavor both as instant effects and short-term buffs.

Social Panel
Despite the single-player nature of the game, we wanted to add some connection between players: in this first iteration, a new panel that shows your friends' characters has been added.
Revamped UIs
In order to develop new features, the need for a better UI to handle interactable characters rose in priority. We seized this opportunity to revisit and expand both the deposit and merchants' items stash.
These new panels are attached to the player's interface.

All attributes values on characters and items have been recalculated and redistributed. As a result, players should feel a little stronger after acquiring some gear in the very first few levels.
Economy has been revisited to provide a better purchasing power early on.
