Added additional keyboard support to the game.

• Most game button group menu's can now be navigated with the keyboard arrow keys.
  
• Most game button group menu's can now be actioned with the keyboard enter key.
  
• It's now possible to navigate game input screens (such as edit team data) using the keyboard arrow keys.
  
• You no longer need to activate the highlighted field with a controller button, just start typing.
  
• Colour picker's can be controlled with the keyboard however a controller is still easier to use.
