Dear Community,
The final day has come.
We are counting down toward MCTO service shutdown.
Servers will remain operational for the majority of the day today.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone for having interst in Metro Conflict: The Origin. Although we are closing our services down for MCTO, we want you to know that you guys were amazing throughout our service period.
Please keep an eye out for Red Duck's future releases!

Dear community
As we start the month of June, we are closing in on Metro Conflict: The Origin’s service closure date (June 21st 2018).
Please take a moment to read upon some key FAQ which were addressed in our latest game closure announcement.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
1.Is it possible to get a refund for my recently purchased DLC (and/or in-game boosts)?
A. Refunds are subject to Steam Policy and therefore all DLC & in-game purchases will be non-refundable.
2. What will happen to my Metro Conflict: The Origin account post-closure?
A. Since we will be closing MCTO services for all regions with no future plans for re-launch, all user data will be deleted once service becomes terminated.
3. What will happen to the community (Discord/Forums/Hub) from now until the closure date?
A. Community will remain intact for the duration of the sunset period. We will continue to communicate with all users until the scheduled termination date.
MCTO will be shutting down on June 21st 2018 Thursday at 9:00AM CEST. MCTO Forums, Discord, Hub, Website as well as related SNS pages will be discontinued from June 22nd 2018 Friday following the game closure.
If you have any concerns and/or inquiries related to MCTO or its service closure, please join us on Discord prior to the game service termination.

Hi all,
We are currently aware of the D2 error server issue and are looking into correcting the problem as soon as we can.
We apologize for lack of immediate follow up on this issue.

[Metro Conflict: The Origin service closure announcement]
Dear community,
It is with great disappointment that we must announce Metro Conflict: The Origin’s service closure scheduled for June 21st 2018.
For the past 5 months, we’ve gone through many obstacles together solely because of dedicated community members sticking it out alongside us throughout thick and thin. We are sincerely grateful to have such a great bunch of folks coming together as MCTO’s community.
The decision to sunset MCTO was a very difficult and disheartening one to make. Nevertheless, we’ve determined that further development of MCTO was not going to be realistically possible.
We will continue to operate our servers for the next few months in order to transition into final game closure. We will be disabling in-game stores (cash) as well as DLC packages immediately. Final schedule for server shutdown will be on June 21st 2018. (Detailed schedule TBA)
We will be performing server maintenance tomorrow (March 22nd Friday) 10:00AM KST.
