Development Update Blog - January 12, 2023
Work on Aircraft & Avionics Update 1 (AAU1) continues to go well in advance of its expected release date later this month. We released a new beta build (1.30.11.0) to testers earlier this week. Players participating in the AAU1 beta can read the release notes for 1.30.11.0 here. AAU1 is the first of three planned Aircraft & Avionics updates slated for 2023.
Looking beyond AAU1, the next two major updates to Microsoft Flight Simulator will be World Update 12: New Zealand in February and Sim Update 12 in March. Among other bug fixes and improvements, SU12 will include the long-awaited support for WASM aircraft on Xbox.
These three updates are just the first of several things we have planned for 2023. Stay tuned for more information!
