Bug Fixes:
-Loading Leaderboard data (while offline) will no longer exit the game
-Changed the way entity hit box colliders are used. I believe this should prevent enemies from getting 'stuck' occasionally.
-Removed physical colliders from the red/black markers around entry and star baby cells.

Hi All, This update includes a small fix. Lightning/beam towers were applying a small amount of collision force on hit. This could cause enemies to sometimes leave their path. I removed this collision force.
Story Mode work is underway and I'll have some more news to announce soon about beta access and some other exciting things that are coming in the near future.
Level Select UI update (0.255)

Just small update but in preparation for Story Mode I've updated the Level Selection UI.
New Players will now be asked if they'd like to start the Tutorial.
Confirming a Level now also begins that level.
Story Mode is currently under development and will be available soon!
In this update I've added a save/resume system, added some new (hidden) achievements. And fixed the end game crash (when exiting). If you encounter any issues please let us know! Miner Lou Discord.
Saving & Resuming
Your progress is automatically saved each round. You may resume your last played game with the 'Resume' button in the main menu. This save slot can be cleared by 'Confirming' a level from the level select screen.
Achievements
Achievements also have changed and some that were not being tracked properly are now correctly logging things like killing blows, damage dealt, Lou Knockouts etc. I've also added several new (hidden) achievements.
Level Complete achievements are now only granted upon reaching the end of a level (victory of defeat). For arcade levels like there are now you must reach at least round 30 to unlock this achievement. Completing these achievements unlocks the next level as usual.
Fixes & Changes
Miner Lou now uses a new library to communicate with Steam. This addresses an issue where the client could sometimes crash when exiting the game.
The game should no longer quit and crash, or quit and show the game still running with this change!
Crystalarium, Tower Buffs Implemented (0.227)
Hello, In this update I've added the Crystalarium, Tower Buff Abilities, and a Curse status effect.
The Crystalarium
The Crystalarium is a central place to learn more about gem towers, the Star Babies, stats etc.
Right now it will display all known gem combine recipes. More additions will be coming to this area with time.
The Crystalarium is available from the Lobby and in game.
Tower Buffs Implemented
All Rose Quartz Gems now buff friendly towers around them. Any tower in range will receive an attack power bonus relative to the attack power of the Quartz tower. These buff effects stack with each other.
Curse Status
Amethyst towers now curse enemies they strike reducing their movement speed. Curse slow stacks with chill. Slow amount ranges from 10% to 30%.
Navigation
I've made a change to how entities navigate. This should cause them to automatically recaculate their path if it becomes invalid. It was possible before to sometimes have Lou or enemies path be interrupted. This should fix that issue.
As requested tooltips have been added. Mousing over an ability or tower's icon will now show a tooltip with a description or name (in the case of the tower icons in a recipe row).
Tower placement change (Leafeater stuck under tower fix)
There was an issue where summoned Leafeaters (and possibly Lou) could get trapped under/inside a tower. This would happen if the player placed a gem right under a leafeater. This could cause them to get stuck and create targetting issues with enemies.
So now, when a gem is placed- the game will check for player minions or Lou in the gem's cell. If they are in the same cell the player minions will be warped to a nearby position. If none are available nearby they are warped to the Star Baby's.

Level 3 and Level 4 available!
Level 3 and 4 are now available. These are free additions and will be available once you've completed their previous level's achievements.
The level select screen's text was confusing, so it's been changed to "Previous level not completed". Originally these levels could not be unlocked but are now available once you've completed the previous level's "Complete" achievement. Which is granted upon reaching round 30 on the previous level.
Apologies for any confusion over unlocking level 3, it will now unlock and be available as you'd expect once the achievement is completed.
