Our 4th official minigame poll has come to a close! Let's see the results! (Read about the minigames in detail in our previous post.)
🥉 In third place, 💥 Wreckage Wrangle ⛏️ with 23.5% of the votes! 🥈 In second place, 🔪 Manic Murderer 😨 with 35.3% of the votes! 🥇 And in FIRST PLACE, 🥶 Crumble Crisis 🧊 with 41.2% of the votes!

⭐ General Changes
⚙️ Moderator System
When you're the host of a private server, either minigame or Condo, you can now assign visitors as moderators. Moderators will have more privileges than visitors, obviously! 😝
We'll be adding more private server customization options in the near & far future, but for now, the only purpose of assigning moderators, is to allow specific players to use the Condo manipulator, because moderators override the global setting! 🧐🧠
You can toggle it for each player in the playerlist, like so:

Football Fever has undergone many polishing changes this update, but the most noticeable change will be this: The goal used to vanish upon scoring, but we've made it make sense – in a spectacular way! 💥

📺 Billboards & LED Panels
We decided to add some extra ways to view & display YouTube videos in your Condo, with our new Billboards & LED Panels! 🤩
The initial idea that prompted this was by some users attempting to make a greenscreen, and failing because the current Flatscreen TV was too small. So we decided to add a bigger one, the Billboard: However, we realized that this one was, just like the previous Flatscreen TV, STILL too small! 🤯
So we added another level of TVs: LED Panels: Two LED Panels can be seen in the back, next to each other without frame, allowing them to seamlessly connect to one another, leading to potential infinite TV size. I think that should be enough! 😅

With ⚽️ Football Fever nearing finalization, it's about time we look ahead at the future, and you can help us shape it! 🤠
Our next development cycle will focus on the winner of this poll! Choose wisely:
OPTION A: Crumble Crisis 🥶🧊
Crumble Crisis is snake/spleef! While running on ice, the ground will disappear from below you. Try not to fall in the cracks caused by others, and survive the longest to win!
OPTION B: Manic Murderer 🔪😨
Manic Murderer is sus! One player is the murderer, another is sheriff, the rest are innocents. The murderer needs to (secretly) kill everyone to win, while the innocents & sheriff need to kill or outlast the murderer to win!
OPTION C: Wreckage Wrangle 💥⛏️
Wreckage Wrangle is destruction derby! All players compete to destroy as much as possible of a sacred temple. The player with the most destruction wins!
Football Fever's gameplay and graphics have been overhauled! 😍⚽
The first few seconds of Football Fever used to be massacre. No matter where the ball was shot, someone died, because the entire wall was covered in goals. We've now made it so that the goals start out smaller (65% of original) and grow back to their original size over time. This should make the first few seconds a bit more fair, hopefully. 🙏
The football field now has procedurally generated field markings similar to a real-life circular football field - wait those don't exist - oh well! This should hopefully help you orient yourself. 🥅
All players and the ball now have spotlights pointed at them, for better contrast, and it also just looks awesome. 🔦 And last but not least, upon getting scored on and dying, you now get shot into the air by an animated spring that's hidden in the grass underneath you! 😈
🏠 Condo Changes
📛 Tablets
ALL badges have now become unique furnitures, thanks to the new Tablets! 🤩
These Tablets differ from Plaques in the sense that they do not come with a frame and are 3D like a statue or a... tablet! This means you can get real creative with them.
Here's a creative idea for the new ☁️ Aviator badge: I can already see this working well with many badges - and with the painting feature in the future, it will become even doper! 🌈

📆 Weekly Rewards
We've added a new weekly reward system to the game, to give you a new reason to check-in, every week! 😯📅
Every week will have a new item; from faces, to furniture, to outfits, to ensembles, and more! The reset time is always Saturday 5:00 AM UTC.
Weekly rewards will always require a certain amount of 🔥streaks to claim, but they'll be worth it!
For our first ever weekly reward today, we'll start off with a brand new face, the "Idiot" face! 😜 ⚠️ Already have sufficient streaks at the beginning of the week? Then you can claim the reward on the very first day! 🔥 ⚠️ Already own a particular week's item? It will then be replaced by a few hundred 💎 gems. (This doesn't apply to furniture or ensembles.)

🧠 Twisted Trivia
We've added a new outfit question type to Twisted Trivia, a fashion contest! It's up to you to choose the most popular outfit out of the four. Let's see your fashion knowledge! 👜✨
☢️ Parkour Panic
Parkour Panic is the most difficult minigame for beginners AND the easiest minigame for pros. Beginners will consistently die as soon as humanly possible, while pros will consistently reach the top of the map. (how the heck??? 😩)
Clearly the skill floor is too high, and the skill roof is too low. Therefore we've attempted to rebalance Parkour Panic by making platforms bigger at the bottom (1.5x) and smaller at the top (0.75x). We hope this will lead to some more interesting matches in Parkour Panic! 🤩
☁️ Freefall Frenzy
We've added 3 new floors to Freefall Frenzy to dodge as if your life depends on it. (it does 🤠) Go check em out!
🏠 Condo Changes
🎁 Presents
A late holiday present has been added to Condos: We've added Presents! 🎁
When walking into a Present, the player gets equipped with the 🎊Confetti Popper gadget, which used to belong to the Vending Machine instead...
🥤 Silly Sodas
Vending Machines dropping Confetti Poppers was never meant to stay, because: A) it didn't make sense B) Confetti Poppers don't even fit through the hole C) Presents now drop the same gadget
So... we've added a more fitting gadget for the Vending Machine: Silly Sodas! 🤤😵💫
⚠️ Trade-in opportunity for existing Vending Machine owners: [expand type=details]Changing items that players already own is a delicate task we attempt to avoid/minimize to the best of our ability, but sometimes major changes do need to be made, and the only way to do them right is by giving affected players the choice to trade.
By default, Vending Machine owners will continue to own Vending Machines, that – from now on – will drop Silly Sodas instead of Confetti Poppers; Give them sodas a try! 🤤
However, we can imagine players might have bought the Vending Machine specifically for the Confetti Popper gadget, so we are offering all existing Vending Machine owners the option to trade Vending Machines into Presents, in order to retain access to their preferred Confetti Popper gadget.
Please submit a request within 6 months using the in-game feedback tool or our Discord, if you owned a Vending Machine prior to V0.9.3 and wish to trade it in for a Present! If you own multiple Vending Machines, please mention how many of them you wish to trade-in. 📝

The highly work-in-progress Freefall Frenzy got its first new "floor" called 'Beam'! 📏
The new procedural floor-system will allow us to gradually add more content over time, similar to the dance-system in Disco Disorder, or the question-system in Twisted Trivia! ✨
Because 'Beam' is a very easy floor, we've increased the amount of floors spawned 2x as compensation, leading to more action. 💥
🏠 Condo Changes
🧱 New Walls
Finally, after much request, we've added WALLS! Or I should rather say Wooden Panels, since they can also be used as floor & ceiling. 🔨🧐
Speaking of ceilings, your newly created ceilings also need some light! So we've also added Ceiling Lamps. 💡
Get Wooden Panels today by buying the 'Walls' ensemble, or get lucky opening a furniture crate! 🍀📦
📏 New Grid / No-Clip Mode
You may wonder why it took us so long to add simple walls, but that's because we always knew that alongside walls we'd need to add a new manipulator mode to allow you to snap them together! ⚙️
And so we did! Use Grid mode (by default CTRL) while holding a furniture to allign it to the grid, both location & rotation. ALSO, there's no furniture collision while in Grid mode, allowing you to put objects inside of each other for the first time! 😯🪄
We can't wait to see what you guys will build, and to get some inspiration, make sure to check the next section! 🤩
🎥 Showcase
Watch an entire city be built inside a Condo, using the new Wooden Panels and Grid Mode! 🏗️ ⚠️ Wooden Panels are very orange, but will become paintable after the painting mechanic is added. ⚠️ Grass Patches have turned into square tiles to match the Wooden Panels, allowing you to easily use them together.

☁️ Freefall Frenzy is the latest WIP addition to our minigame roster! In ☁️ Freefall Frenzy, players have to avoid hitting things while soaring through the sky. Hit any object, and you're out! 💥

After an especially turbulent development cycle with many, many redesigns 🧠 Twisted Trivia is now FINALLY finished!
With this update we've added 4 new question types (totaling up to 14 question types!), overhauled the map, and made many more changes and additions. 🔥 The 4 new question types are specifically designed to require some extra analytical thinking, so let's see if you can beat 'em... 🧐📕
While 🧠 Twisted Trivia is finished now, we can always add more question types in the future, just like we've done with 🎵 Disco Disorder dances! 🤩

We've added two new leaderboards in the Hub for you to battle it out for the top spot:
New "🪙Current Coins" & "💎Current Gems" leaderboards! 💪 Unlike the other leaderboards, these ones aren't high-score based. That means if you spend your 🪙Coins or 💎Gems, you could lower your rank! These leaderboards should therefore be a lot more dynamic than our previous ones. 🤩

The Twisted Trivia map has been overhauled again, and I think it's really starting to come together finally! 😍
This time it's a lot more game-show-y, which has always been our goal with this map. 🕹️

🗳️ Minigame Vote Results!
Our 3rd official minigame vote has come to a close! Let's see the results! (Read about the minigames in detail in our previous post.)
🥉 In third place, 👑 Royal Rumble 🏰 with 12.5% of the votes! 🥈 In second place, 🎨 Color Calamity 🪣 with 25% of the votes! 🥇 And in FIRST PLACE, 🏗️ Freefall Frenzy 🪂 with 62.5% of the votes!

🧠 Twisted Trivia
This update we've overhauled the Twisted Trivia map, AGAIN! After having time to reflect on last update's Trivia map, we found out that the new design didn't really fit our design philosophy. 🤦♂️
Last update's map & gameplay felt too claustrophobic and monodirectional. It felt more like Pummel/Mario Party than Minigame Madness, to give a rough example. So we've overhauled it again: The latest map is much closer to the original map again, but with a map design that's not a direct copy of Football Fever.
The map also has a brand new void-drop death effect, which was always the plan from the beginning, but we used lava as a placeholder until that effect got designed: Obviously the map is still far from done, but we'll be chipping away at it over time. 💪🚧
🏠 Condo Changes
📽️ Projectors
If the Flatscreen TV wasn't big enough for your YouTube viewing needs, we've now added Projectors which can display as big as you want, on any surface you like! 🤩✨ Oh, and check the new 'Truss' furniture as well, which is an extremely handy object for all kinds of purposes, from interior design, to parkour creation, to becoming a makeshift jail cell!

⚠️ Projectors work best on a dark surface. It's currently not possible to have black Condo walls, contrary to what the screenshot shows! Until the painting feature is here, the floor and ceiling are great displays.

With Football Frenzy and Twisted Trivia slowly nearing finalization at the same time, it's about time we look ahead at the future, and you can help us shape it! 🤠
Our next development cycle (V0.9.x.x) will focus on the winner of this poll! Choose wisely:
OPTION A: Color Calamity 🎨🪣
Color Calamity is turf war! Players cover paint on all surfaces they touch, in the color of their Mub. Be the player with the most paint on the map at the end to win!
OPTION B: Royal Rumble 👑🏰
Royal Rumble is reverse Explosive Exchange! One player holds a massive crown and gets points every second they're holding it. Steal the crown by walking into them. Most points = win! Imagine an entire lobby running after a single player!
OPTION C: Freefall Frenzy 🏗️🪂
Freefall Frenzy is an auto-runn… uh… auto-faller! All players are dropped into a very tall construction site. While continuously falling, dodge the metal girders and moving cranes, or die! Last player alive wins!
The Twisted Trivia map has been completely remade from the ground up to differentiate the map from Football Frenzy (which took the old map), and to improve the trivia gameplay. (⚠️ Very WIP!) You no longer need to look around to see all the options, allowing you to answer quicker. Because of this, we have made questions & answers show quicker as well, leading to an overall more intense match! 🔥

We've added loads of new hats in the style of animal ears! Check em out: I love the newly added curated outfits so much! 😩😻
🏠 Condo Changes
🔥 New Campfire Furniture
We've added the new Campfire furniture, one of our most versatile Condo furnitures yet! 🤩 From allowing you to create cozy forest encampments, to having passive particles in your Condo, to shooting Mubs and furniture into the air & more! 😵💫
Unlike the Trampoline, which also bounces Mubs and furniture, the Campfire doesn't just return your input velocity, but it adds velocity to you! This means that the Campfire gives a much stronger launch than the Trampoline, and also a more predictable one. 🤔🧠
This predictability allows you to, for example, create epic automatic stunts such as this one: Combine Campfires together with the existing Trampolines and Conveyor Belts, and I'm sure you'll find some way to blow your friends' minds with your creations! 🤯

Added "Campfire" furniture, that launches players and furniture
However, we realized that this one was, just like the previous Flatscreen TV, STILL too small! 🤯
Two LED Panels can be seen in the back, next to each other without frame, allowing them to seamlessly connect to one another, leading to potential infinite TV size. I think that should be enough! 😅
And last but not least, upon getting scored on and dying,
I can already see this working well with many badges - and with the painting feature in the future, it will become even doper! 🌈

The 4 new question types are specifically designed to require some extra analytical thinking, so let's see if you can beat 'em... 🧐📕
