Having spent a long time out in the field, he always looks shabby with his face covered with a messy beard. Other than that, he looks surprisingly ordinary.
Not much is known about his past, but he is not from the Kingdom of Arta. It seems he came to Arta when the Monsters caused chaos and destroyed many countries.
Hans: "You don't have to be afraid of me... because I'm not your enemy."

Character Spotlight [4/11] - Mark
Mark https://youtu.be/IwoBfD76DpE
A former Knight Captain in the Kingdom of Arta, currently working as the leader of the expedition.
Mark lost one of his arms and most of his troops in a battle against the monsters. He was especially traumatized by the deaths of his two sons who joined the army as knights; one was killed instantly by the beast right before his eyes, and the other one sustained a wound so severe that he killed his own son to end his suffering...
Always rude, temperamental, and negative. He's actually very cautious in grim situations, and he does all he can to keep the crew members alive.
Mark: "You don't know right now. The fear of this place... But you'll find out soon."

Marie's hometown was in the countryside of the kingdom, which was destroyed when the monsters invaded. The war took her parents away from her, and she had to raise her little siblings.
After many twists and turns, she settled in the Kingdom of Arta and started picking up odd jobs to make money for her own business. Even when the situation is grim, she does not lose hope and just continues on trading.
Although she is genuinely friendly, she knows when to take advantage of others for her benefit, and how to do it without having anyone hold a grudge against her!

MISTOVER at Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong 2019!
MISTOVER at ACGHK 2019!
Greetings Captains,
Last July 26th to 30, Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre!
Despite the hot weather in Hong Kong, a lot of fans visited and played MISTOVER!
(△ It was very hot!)
(△ MISTOVER Demo station at Arc System Works booth!)
(△ Trying hard to figure out a way out!)
(△ Boys, girls, men, and women all liked and enjoyed MISTOVER.)
(△ Having fun little crew members?!)
Fan's reactions
"I personally think that combat mechanism feels easy to me, even though, it has a variety of combinations! I easily got used to it and was able to explore a lot afterward. There seems to be a variety of maps as well".
"MISTOVER is fun and the art style suits my taste. I think it's kind of sophisticated, but really fun. I think I will buy it as soon as it releases!".
"After I tried it, I just decided to buy it! I think it's very well-made. The reason why I'm saying is that there are many games similar to the Darkest Dungeon, but they just did it wrong in so many ways in battle, motion, speed and so on... On the other hand, MISTOVER's expedition, battle, art are really well-made. I'm going to root for you."
"I really liked MISTOVER. First of all, I've played similar games before. Something similar to the Darkest Dungeon. Speaking of the game style, what I felt was that the original style of the Darkest Dungeon was a bit depressing and gloomy. It is very dark. However, MISTOVER has dark looks, characters, graphics, as well as cute looks. I think the whole game style is created based on Japanese comics. MISTOVER has lively looks, but it's still preserved the original dark feeling. I like this art style as well."
"I think I'll buy it from Steam as soon as it gets out. Because this game gives me a different feeling than other RPG games. Frankly speaking, it's not easy to find decent turn-based games with this high quality these days!"

Media's reactions
SLICONERA's Alistair Wong visited our booth and released a great article!"Surprised at how hardcore it went with its battle mechanics and difficulty, as well as the fact that we were getting a single-player Korean game from a large company on Switch and Steam at all."
It was great to meet you all in Hong Kong and Aimo Team will continue to visit wherever you are with MISTOVER!
Thank you so much!

Character Spotlight [2/11] - Lenni
Lenni https://youtu.be/rknmS-YS5hU
A young crew member who is always full of energy. Fit and healthy like an athlete, she is always in high spirits with a playful expression on her face.
Very active and outgoing. One might think everyone would love her for it, but her optimism sometimes goes a little too far to the point that it bothers the people around her.
She never takes this very seriously, so it doesn't seem like she'll be curbing her enthusiasm anytime soon.
Lenni: "Hooray! I'm back!"

Stella https://youtu.be/uvEeDju6d4E
She is a descendant of a family that has served the duke family since long ago.
Stella, like her father, grew up to take up the role of assisting the family. She is doing her best as an aide to Heinrich, but she never stopped being suspicious of the secrets he may have.
She is always dressed in a way that makes her look very elegant, and her graceful demeanor makes it difficult to dislike her.
Stella: "It's really nice to meet you!"

Community Feedback and Development Plan
Community Feedback and Development Plan
Greetings Captains,
It's been over a week since we had the MISTOVER Korea Meet-up. It was our very first time showing a full version of MISTOVER (as opposed to an event version like we had for PAX EAST and NicoNico), and we received various feedback from our players. The Aimo team is very thankful for all your feedback in the form of bugs, suggestions, and more.
We wanted to address these issues and come up with solutions to implement as quickly as we could.
Doomsday Clock:
Feedback: "It's difficult to understand how the Doomsday Clock works due to the lack of its description." Improvement: We will show what gameplay affects the Doomsday Clock’s movement. However, displaying detailed information directly will not be appropriate for the concept of the Doomsday Clock, so it will be shown in a rather indirect way.
Skill balance:
Feedback: "The Co-op skills are too powerful." "Tanker class's taunt skills do not work well." etc.
Improvement: We will make adjustments to all skills of each class through continuous testing until our release.
Currency balance:
Feedback: "All currencies including gold are oversupplied." "They take up too many spaces in the bag." etc.
Improvement: The amount of currencies will be adjusted to the appropriate level through continuous testing. In addition, we are considering adjusting the space-consuming rules for the currencies in many different ways.
Shortcut key in the expedition:
Feedback: "It's cumbersome for repeated use of functions such as …Formation reset," "…use of food," "…use of Light Flower" in the expedition.
Improvement: We will add shortcut keys for frequently used functions to make them easier to use.
Result screen after the expedition:
Feedback: "Items acquired during the expedition are displayed in a really messy way." Improvement: UI will be modified to make the acquired items easier to see.
Warning sign and Start button change:
Feedback: "Due to the nature of the roguelike genre, each expedition and each battle has a great impact on the story progress.” Improvement: UI will be modified in a way that can be started by pressing and holding the button.
Add Corps Crew sort criterion:
Feedback: "You can hire a new crew every week and learn skills. You need to check them frequently, but it's inconvenient to see because you can't sort them neatly." Improvement: More sort of criteria will be added to make the list better.
Classification of Main and sub-quests:
Feedback: “It's difficult to know which quest is more important between quests.” Improvement: We will add more colors to distinguish between main and sub-quests.
The Aimo team is at the final stage of developing MISTOVER, but we acknowledge so many things from your feedback. We read your reviews and comments on our news thoroughly.
It was really great to meet fans who are passionate enough to advise on our game. The Aimo team will continue to communicate with the community in order to improve our game all the way up to our release.
