First, we would like to thank you for being part of this amazing community! We are excited to announce that Update 1.2 is now available!
To summarize, this is the 12th update since the game's release. Over the course of these updates, we’ve improved and fixed more than 150 issues! The game is now better optimized, more balanced, has fixed bugs, and features new additions. We invite you to start your adventure in the world of Moon Mystery alongside Toby!
You can now play using a gamepad! While this is partial controller support, as the game was originally designed for mouse and keyboard and is best played with them, the entire game is still fully playable from start to finish with a controller. Remember, you can enable or disable aim assist for controllers in the settings at any time!
Based on your feedback and extensive playtesting, we’ve made many small tweaks to the game, including adjustments to:
Ammunition
Damage (for both players and enemies)
Health (for both players and enemies)
Stamina
These minor improvements across the board have enhanced the overall experience, making the game feel more balanced and enjoyable!
We did another fix for attachments. Some achievements, which were particularly tricky to address as they affected only a very small number of players, have been temporarily hidden to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy unlocking achievements. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
We’ve also made numerous improvements to the game’s translations. Lines that were previously untranslated are now fully translated, and we’ve refined existing translations to make them sound more natural and polished.
Fixed a crash on the submarine level (additional patch applied).
Resolved an issue where objects couldn't be picked up with the scanner equipped.
Fixed a strange behavior when pausing the game during anomalies while driving the sedan.
Corrected human banners appearing in the background of the robot city.
Addressed a visual bug in the underwater base when controlling a missile.
Fixed life bar not decreasing initially when shooting the machine gun turret.
Removed an unfairly placed drone on the ice planet near the sliding big ice rock.
Fixed an invisible wall on the ice planet.
Enlarged the final door in the last ice planet puzzle to fit properly.
Fixed incorrect icons for gamepad graphics in settings; RS and LS were swapped.
Resolved a bad single frame appearing in the final cutscene.
Fixed the "Save after destroying pillar" bug where the laser puzzle save prevented the arena door from opening.
Fixed a floating cosmonaut costume when jumping into a wormhole.
Fixed a bug where the reset vehicle button displayed incorrectly as "B" instead of "R" on the keyboard.
Updated tutorials for switching vehicle cameras using a gamepad.
Improved default sensitivity settings for gamepad controls.
Adjusted sensitivity on the gamepad to ensure better responsiveness.
Updated all in-game prompts to display the appropriate gamepad button icons (e.g., "Press X to interact" instead of "Press F").
Improved visual feedback for quick saves; the yellow line no longer appears on the sedan vehicle.
Reduced difficulty on the alien landscape by removing one sniper robot from the train section.
Fixed the weapon printer animation on the UFO base.
Optimized the rendering of the Black Star 2 base to avoid visible loading when destroying distant pillars.
Removed placeholder cube from the alien landscape.

Fixed an issue where achievements might not unlock for some players. They should now work for everyone.
Reduced default sensitivity when controlling the spaceship with a gamepad.
Pressing "ESC" when you are in the menu is now returning to the previous screen.
The scanner icon is not visible from the start of the game anymore.
Added a vehicle reset point in Blue Desert to prevent getting stuck when resetting vehicles.
Fixed an issue where Elite enemy rockets passed through objects. They now explode on obstacles.
Fixed the interaction on UFO Base when collecting blue material. The prompt now shows "A" instead of "X" to avoid disabling RC Car controls.
Fixed the objective indicator remaining visible after destroying the pillar in the boss arena.
Fixed weapons disappearing after switching and progressing through save points.
Fixed weapons vanishing when unlocking two at once.
Fixed broken shooting after exiting vehicles or finishing cutscene interactions.

Increased thrown grenade damage by 30%.
Fixed invert Y for first person and vehicles not saving correctly between sessions.
Fixed invert Y for vehicles not affecting torpedoes and missiles, improving usability in underwater interiors and the Blue Desert drone section.
In the submarine and spaceship, shooting with a gamepad now uses “RB” instead of “A,” allowing players to aim and shoot simultaneously.
Added a cutscene of jumping into the wormhole at the end of the space level.
Fixed an issue where pressing escape near the end of the moon base could cause the camera to move to another place.
Pressing “ESC” in the Loadout screen now resumes the game instead of returning to an earlier screen.
Fixed flashlight keybindings for gamepad controls.
Fixed an issue where achievements were not unlocking.
Fixed an issue where the player could press escape to skip the tutorial about selecting the first skill.

Hello!
Update v1.1 is live! Thank you for an amazing support so far!
Fixed a problem when switching between game screens and another app, which caused issues with the cursor in the game.
Elite Missile Enemy now deals less damage.
Fixed a crash that occurred underwater when finishing a level. We still need feedback from players who experienced this crash to confirm it’s resolved.
Added the option in the settings menu to disable the scanner icon on the HUD.
Fixed an issue with changing resolution when switching to windowed mode and back to fullscreen.
Default gamepad sensitivity has been reduced.
Loading a save after destroying the barrier now keeps the barrier gone, but robots still hover and shoot lasers in Blue Desert.
Added a toggle-to-sprint option for both keyboard and gamepad.
Default music volume has been lowered.
Fixed terrain changes near the blue material deposit when driving the RC car.
Fixed a bug where the boss would slide instead of standing up immediately.
When a gamepad is connected, "Hold to Crouch" is now off by default.
On Red Desert, the game now saves progress after hacking either of the two PCs. It will also save when you first interact with each PC by pressing "F."
Fixed an issue where the third electric in Cylinder Town, when using the RC car, could pass through walls.
Increased HP slightly for all enemies in higher difficulty levels. Previously, HP boosts applied only to certain enemies.
Fixed the 5 Loot Boxes achievement.
Fixed the 10 Levels achievement and changed to 7 Levels.
Changed the "Kill 10 Explosive Spiders" achievement to "Kill 7 Explosive Spiders."

Resolved an issue where the reassigned Shift key was not working for some players.
Fixed the sprint mechanic on the left analog stick. Now, sprinting always works with a single click instead of requiring two clicks.
The tutorial has been updated to better explain how the scanner works now.
The "RT" button on gamepads should now only make the spaceship move forward and no longer trigger shooting.
Fixed an issue where graphics settings were not saved after exiting and reopening the game.
Added an option to toggle on/off weapon crosshairs in the Interface tab.
When starting the game on Steam Deck (Linux), a popup will now display with additional information how to navigate in the menu.
