"By redeeming Mornia, and liberating the kingdom from under the sway of the Gahars and their Acolytes, the last Striver of Dibrom so completed her sacred mission. But while her mission ended, her duty resumed, for even with all the Acolytes slain, the Gahars themselves never truly died."
As you may have seen from our new store capsule imagery, The Striver has become a much bigger focus of Morbid: The Lords of Ire, as the Morbid franchise shifts from 2D pixel-art to 3D immersion.
The brand-new featured art from the team at Still Running gives us our first detailed look at our fearless protagonist, Striver.
Players of Morbid: The Seven Acolytes will recognise our main protagonist of the game's sequel, Morbid: The Lords of Ire. Years after defeating the Seven Acolytes and liberating the kingdom of Mornia from evil, Striver returns as duty calls upon her once more, as another set of abysmal Acolytes await to be slain.
In Morbid: The Lords of Ire, players will be able to "Become The Striver", taking control of the gutsy heroine and experiencing a visceral 3D world in third-person view. We can't wait for players to step into the shoes of The Last Striver of Dibrom and explore the gore-fueled worlds that await you.

We have an exciting update today to bring something for both new and old players!
For new players, we are delighted to have a fresh new demo available for you to get a taste of the game before diving in to continue your quest to take on the Seven Acolytes.
The Demo includes some of the new features recently introduced onto PC so players can experience the game with features such as the new maps, and the stash feature.
For returning players, we have expanded the recent New Game+ mode with a New Game++ update! This new update allows players to take any part of their character progression into their next NG+ playthrough. Will you take everything across with you, or pick and choose from your Blessings, Inventory, Stash, & levels/XP/skill points?
This will allow players to create a much more crafted and personal experience of the game. If you want the strongest weapons but a weak character, you can give yourself that challenge. On the flipside if you want to go into with high level blessings but weak weapons you may do that. These options will add a far greater amount of customisation into the NG+ experience, and we can't wait to see how you choose to tackle the game.
Thanks so much for being a part of the Morbid community and welcome to anyone experiencing Morbid for the first time with our new demo!
