Change to 100% Achievement
As of this patch, you no longer need all the coins to get 100%, you just need everything in the Extras menu unlocked (which means the cheat codes will now work if you can't find all the coins), all endings, secrets and the medallions.

Patch - 11th July
- Fixed interaction with Dee when you can start a new game with 9 candles already collected.
- Fixed background graphic disappearing in Medallion Special Stages.
- Added windowed mode. Press 1 or 2 on the title screen.
- Added cheat codes!
Enter a level, hold CTRL and type THESIX for all Medallions.
Enter a level, hold CTRL and type MAKEMERICH for all 25 coins.
Enter a level, hold CTRL and type ALLGIFTS for all gifts.

A minor patch for small bug fixes.
