Important Note
Some players are experiencing a bug where they don't receive the priority list on the first day of getting the new priority stamper. After that, patient documents will not appear. I'm still working on solving this, but if you are experiencing this bug there is a temporary fix of just letting the day run out of time. After that, the game should continue normally.
