Update to version 0.9009 (New contents)

Hi folks!
This time we wanted to add 10 new organisms, so you have always new enemies to face.

The new organisms are:
Slingus Agilis
Arietus Speronanti
Spengo Culis
Elicotteris Acquatici
Crucis Tonanti
Penetranti Virilix
Parentesis Scutum
Repulsivae Gettis
Concavitae Mortalis
Deretanus Spinose

So, now, you have a total of 61 possible enemies in the maps!

Our personal suggestions are:
- Elicotteris Acquatici is a good prey ... if you can catch it.
- Deretanus Spinose has many proteins, but also it has many spikes! try to attack it frontally.
- Crucis Tonanti is omnivorous, so you can be relaxed if there are vegetable food around you. However, if it needs of a prey, be careful, this is a big bad boy.
- Concavitae Mortalis is extremely dangerous in close combat, so you must stay away from it! If you will stay too near to this organism, you could experience its lethal kiss.

Update to version 0.9008

Hello friends!
We need more feedback for the multiplayer, so help us to "hunt" the bugs.


News:

- Bug solved: the chat in the pre-match window showed the names of the players incorrectly.

- Bug solved: the new audio of glaciation didn't stop after the glaciation ended.

- Bug solved: the tracker of the other players/partners/bots in the minimap is now balanced with the screen resolution, but please confirm us the fix.

- Bug solved: sometimes the host created a new room, but clients couldn't see that room in "room's list".

- Bug solved: in multiplayer, some bots were spawned stuck in rocky walls.

- Gameplay improvement: we optimized the bot's code in Evolution and in Genetic superiority, so you would be able to have more organisms at the same time.


We want to exit from Early Access zone as soon as possible, so find the main bugs guys!

Hello guys!
Are you having fun with the new map? Is it too hard?


Here is the news:

- Gameplay improvement: we've changed the balance of spawn of the bot organisms.
Now, omnivores will spawn more easily than herbivores.
Further, we've also changed the balance of custom organisms, in fact, carnivores will spawn more frequently than others.
We did these changes to make the gameplay more active and dynamic.
Let us know your opinion 🙂

- Gameplay improvement: we've changed the distribution of food.
Before, the food was spawned mainly at the center of the maps.
Now, it will spawn more uniformly.
We did that to push the players to move around the map, especially in the multiplayer.

- Bug solved: some food was spawned in areas where the organisms couldn't reach it and bots kept trying to cross the limits of the maps.

- Bug solved: sometimes in the Editor, when the player returned in DNA mode, the enemy organisms and the food and others weren't deleted.

- Bug solved: in Genetic superiority, sometimes the enemy teams could exceed the max numbers of members for squad, especially if many organisms did mitosis at the same time.

Update to version 0.9006 (New contents!)

Hello, our friends!
Today we add a new map: DANGEROUS CURRENTS!

You can understand easily that the focus of this map is the currents.
In the other maps, currents have to keep players away from some areas unless they are fast enough.
Here the currents are almost everywhere and often they will push you into a dangerous situation.
Further, there is an area rich in food but very rich in whirlpools too, so you have to be careful when you go there.
The southern part of the map is quieter, but there is a small volcano, so you have to be careful again once again.
On the west side, there is a narrow cliff path... but we really recommend you not to go in that place!

Thanks to this new map, we've added a stronger kind of currents. It's extremely difficult to cross them and we can add these currents in other maps.

We would like to have some feedback about this new map, in order to improve it.

Update to version 0.9005

Hello, our budding biologists!
Here is the news:


- Gameplay improvement: we added the new audio to the event: Glaciation.

- Gameplay improvement: now the time to enter in DNA mode is 15 seconds, so the player can't use this way to escape from dangers.

- Gameplay improvement: in the sexual reproduction, now the players have 40 seconds to reach their partners (before this time was 30 seconds).

- Gameplay improvement: the start zoom is minor than before.

- Gameplay improvement: we increased by a little the minimum zoom, so you can have a wider field of view around your organisms.


- Bug solved: the audio of every climatic event is controllable from Background Volume in Settings/Audio.

- Bug solved: the audio of the currents of water is controllable from Background Volume in Settings/Audio too.

- Bug solved: now the zoom can't overstep its limits.

- Bug solved: some cells in DNA mode could overlap others

- Bug solved: the hot water produced by vulcanos doesn't influence your organisms in DNA mode anymore.

- Bug solved: we tried to fix the problem about the death of the organism in DNA mode after some minutes of editing. This event never happens in Editor, but only during the matches.

Update to version 0.9003

Hello people!
Here is the last update:

- Bug solved: in Settings/Commands the writings of the keys overlapped if you opened that section twice.

- UI problem solved: in Tutorial the writings overlapped the keyboards on the screen, so it was disabled.

- Gameplay Improvement: when you use the right mouse button to set a destination, now your organism will turn before moving forward.

- Gameplay Improvement: in DNA mode, when you assign the cells to a key, the list of these cells will override the precedent one.

- Bug solved: after you selected the "Genetic superiority" mode, all the enemy organisms were deselected for all modes.

- UI problem solved: in Settings/Commands, in the English language, there was an error in the order of the keys.

- Language problem solved: in the English language, there were some errors in the tab of the Tutorial.

Hello guys!
You've reported us a problem related to the Chinese language, so we're releasing quickly this update to fix it, so you can have fun playing.

- Language improvement: many writings in Chinese were very small, so we tried to improve the readability.

- Bug solved: the counter of the countdown in game mode "Football" and "King of the Puddle" was bugged over the 99 seconds.

- Bug solved: some buttons didn't update in DNA mode after keys assigning.

Multicellular update to version 0.9001

Hi, we started to fix some bugs and to improve UI elements.
Here is the news:

- Bug solved: you weren't able to use "Left Ctrl" to assign a key to your cells.

- Bug solved: in game mode "Genetic superiority" the children weren't visible in minimap if you played in multiplayer as client.

- Bug solved: in game mode "Genetic superiority" the children could go beyond the max limit of members per team.

- UI improvement: now in game mode "Genetic superiority" the children are "cyan" and not "blue" in the minimap.
Your allies in multiplayer continue to be "blue" in the minimap.

- UI improvement: the tracker of the player in the minimap has a better color, so you can see it faster.
