The last patch introduced a weird bug with the Chinese font that we now fixed. Nothing else changed in this patch.

Some love for the caps in patch 1.0.8.1
Hey everyone 😊 We put a little more work into the capybara level and fixed two bugs that could cause you to not being able to mount the capybara anymore. Additionally, we've added a small update to the speedrunner mode and the skipping of dialogues is now no longer linked to the framerate.
We also want to thank you again for playing and reviewing Smushi and pushing us over 500 reviews, awarding the game the "overwhelmingly positive" tag! Some more smaller fixes in patch 1.0.8
Hey all! 😊 We implemented some more fixes to a bunch of issues you reported! Here's what changed:
Fixed issue with crystal cave task not getting removed sometimes
Fixed issue that cause players to get permanently stuck if they hooked while transitioning into a new level/area
Fixed issue where sometimes if you dived into the water you weren't able to swim up properly
Updated collisions in Crystal Cave portals
Fixed a small softlock spot in Level 2
Added a fallback check for the mycology achievement

The fastest mushroom alive! Patch 1.0.7 adds a Speedrunner mode!
This update adds the new Speedrunner Mode, which can be enabled from the Control options once you've beaten the game at least once. If you have a save file that's beaten the game already, you'll be able to use the Speedrunner Mode now as well!
With this mode enabled, you'll be able to run through the game much quicker since it auto-skips dialogue, auto-skips major cutscenes, and has an in-game timer that ends once you've reached the credits!

Patch 1.0.6 makes Smushi more accessible!
We just published a new patch that addresses some smaller issues and adds an easier mode for the obstacle course for better accessibility!
The full patch notes are:
Added 'Assist Mode' for the first obstacle course. This will make it easier to complete the course for those that need the extra help
Fixed softlock bug when lighting incense at a weird angle in level 3
Made the incense room in Level 3 more noticeable since some were running past it easily
Fixed audio issue when quitting game near a running faucet
Fixed softlock when trying to start the Big Boom Boom while holding an acorn
Updated launcher icon

Smushi's cozy soundtrack is finally here!
A lot of you have already been asking about Smushi's cozy soundtrack and we're very happy to tell you that it's finally here :) Relax to chill music and wholesome vibes and reminisce about that time you dropped the last acorn in that hole or stuck a marble in a sand sculpture!
With a total of 14 tracks including the trailer song by composer Failpositive this soundtrack is sweet and short and hopefully will bring the cozy atmosphere of Smushi Come Home to your home as well!

Small Hotfix version 1.0.5.1
With the hotfix 1.0.5.1 we're fixing:
UI glitch when crafting skins
getting stuck on capybara during sibling questline
We also heard from some of you that the game was flagged by your anti virus software. If that happened, it was most likely a false positive as described by Steam here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/5F3D-1477-AFF9-C4F3 as Steam applications are scanned by Steam anyway.
We did use the official Steam wrapper for our launcher which might have been the issue as some new virus probably behaves similar to Steam and was therefore flagged. For this version we have not used the Steam wrapper and just used the normal Unity application. If you had issues with your virus software before, please try again now and report back to us if it's now working or not! In the meantime we will send the application to some anti-virus vendors to be verified and added to their whitelist, which would be an easy fix for future versions, but we're not sure how long that could take!
