Remember, Mushroom Wars 1 owners on Steam simply have to log in to obtain their Mushroom Wars 2 Beta code.
Enemy tribes of mushroom creatures are at it again, and only a skilled Mushroom General can lead the feisty fighters to victory. In Mushroom Wars 2, special hero characters serve as army leaders, lending a hand against powerful opponents with devastating skills. The Closed Beta is a prime opportunity to discover some of these heroes, all while trying out various conquest strategies in online 1v1, 2v2, or free-for-all matches with up to 4 players.

The newest game of the series, Mushroom Wars 2, is heading into Closed Beta Test, which starts on Thursday, July 28 at 7 a.m. and will last till Sunday, July 31, 7 p.m. Pacific time. http://store.steampowered.com/app/457730
You, owners of the original Mushroom Wars on Steam, will be granted automatic access to the Closed Beta - no need to sign up! Simply log into Mushroom Wars from July 25 till Beta ends on July 31 to obtain a key. Participants will receive their keys starting July 28.
Check out the new look and feel of the game, try out some of the all-new Hero characters, test their skills with online competitive multiplayer, and play with friends in custom free-for-all or team matches.

:shroomhooray: Fixed crashes caused by Direct3D initialization failure. The game will now prompt to run in safe mode in this case.
:shroomhooray: Fixed infinite loading caused by corrupted save file.
We've had reports of the game failing to launch on some systems with XBox controller attached, please try unplugging it before starting the game, while we investigate this issue.
