Hi all, I wanted to let you know about my next potential project, Perfect PRISM. It's a standalone, short futuristic game about two imperfect beings expected to be perfect - an android and a celebrity idol - who fall in love. It'd be my first solo visual novel game and a vast departure from my MDSOA work, especially with the visual art in-game which features simple, comic-style 2D art, but if you enjoyed MDSOA, you might like to check it out!
Mystic Destinies: Echoes Now In-Development On Itch.Io
The spin-off sequel to Mystic Destinies: Serendipity of Aeons is being released in incremental updates on Itch.io here: https://aeondreamstudios.itch.io/mde
Many people are probably wondering if it will be brought to Steam, and the answer is: Maybe, if I can get the funding for a programmer to help me port the game. I may also consider sharing Steam keys at that time, but no guarantees. For now, if you're interested in playing it as it's developed, you can check it out on Itch.io.
And the Shou upgrade is free for everyone who already has him. It should be available after an update. There are new answers, new CGs and two bad ends added.
Aeon Dream Mini Update: August 25th
Hello, everyone!
Time for an update! Some good news, some not so good news. So let’s get right to it:
Mystic Destinies: Serendipity of Aeons Deluxe Edition:
Unfortunately, the Mystic Library won’t be included in the MDSOA Deluxe version upon release. We lost our server that contained our internal wiki some time ago, and despite working diligently to get it back, we were informed by the provider that everything was deleted :(
It was a tough loss for us, but we’ve begun anew with a different service and have already started working on rewriting all of the lost data, but we lost two years worth of world building and data, so, unfortunately, that will take some time to do.
Because of the immense amount of missing information, we can’t give a precise estimate on when it will be completed, but you should be able to expect an update sometime in 2018. As soon as everything is rewritten, we will update the Mystic Library as an update. This update will be completely free to all owners of the Deluxe version!

The MDSOA artbook is almost complete!
We hope to have the Deluxe Version out in very early September, as nearly all the creative work is completed.
We’re doing our best to have Mystic Destinies: Echoes out by the end of September, so we’ll continue working hard!

Mini Update: August 11th

We’re back again with another small update!
<*> We have contacted some backers about their art rewards a little while ago, but they’ve yet to reply. If you’re one of the backers who is due a MDSOA art reward and you haven’t checked your email in a while then please do so!
<*> All CG artwork has been finished, so we’re officially done with all MDSOA CGs! And very appropriately the last CG created is a very emotional scene that we’ve been wanting to do since we first started.
<*> The art for the MDSOA artbook is currently being worked on. Are you excited to see some full body sprites of the guys? :)
<*> We’re working on the extra story for the God of Chaos and it’s turning out to be quite… chaotic, in a good way! I (Egle) am really having fun with one particular scene, which also happens to tie to the CG that you guys will get.
Mini Update: July 28th
Hello, Dreamers! We’re back with another bi-weekly update!
First things first, a clarification for anyone who’s still confused: Shou’s route improvement will be updated for everyone, regardless of if you get the deluxe version or not.
The writing for Shou’s route improvement is going well. We can now say that there will be two new bad ends for you to find! And the first extra Shou CG has been finished. Can you guess which scene it might be?
We are done with the official MDSOA Walkthrough, complete with all the new answers that will be coming with Shou’s route improvements. It will be sent out to backers soon!
And we have finished all OC sprite rewards for backers! The third and final backer OC who will be appearing in Echoes is Chieko. She’s the cousin of Isao and Emi.

With Echoes, there will be no Dark, Passionate and Mystic endings. To suit the darker tone of the game, there will be a new set of endings: Divine and Chaos. Along with a yet to be determined number of bad ends.
Mini Update: July 14th
We have started work on the MDSOA Light/Dark Story sets, and we hope to be able to get it to backers soon.
We’re working on the God of Chaos extra story for MDSOA Deluxe. It will have a CG featuring the God of Chaos himself!
Shou’s route improvements are being worked on as well. As we’ve mentioned in our Deluxe KS, he will now have new bad ends added and 2 additional CGs.
We’re also working on MDSOA for Android, which will not have Deluxe Edition contents at this time.
Two new character sprites have been completed. They are angelsdoexist and catifrey ‘s original characters and are part of their Deluxe KS art rewards. They will appear in MD: Echoes as side characters!

MDSOA His POV Stories: Moments
Hello again, everyone! We've just posted an update, but there's more news of sorts suddenly.
We're getting ready to write the His POV stories for MDSOA and we'd like your help. Do you have a favorite moment that you want to see from his point of view?
Then please let us know and your favorite moment might just be picked!
Progress for the Script and CGs is going extremely well and we hope that we’ll be able to share everything with you guys very soon!
Hikaru’s Epilogue will be released as a part of Book 2. Because Hikaru’s Book 1 is very different in structure compared to previous routes, that continues in Book 2 as well.
There will be 10 new Steam achievements coming out with the release of Book 2!
The Epilogue will play after either the Dark or Passionate End, and the Mystic End will be unlocked after finishing the Epilogue.
The art in Book 2 is much more elaborate than in Book 1 with tons of variations, so please look forward to it!
