OS X version now available!

Hey everyone.

We're happy to announce that the Mac port of Mythos: The Beginning is now available, thanks to the efforts of the team over at Jammed Gears Studios!

Porting a game made in RPG Maker VX Ace to non-Windows systems is no easy task but after several months of trial and error and a lot of very tedious testing, we've succeeded in creating a version of the game that will run on most Mac systems. As a developer who primarily works with Windows systems, we were really out of our comfort zone trying to test the game on the many variations of OS X out there, but we're confident that we've managed to deliver an experience as close to the original Windows version as possible.

The Jammed Gears team have been developing Mac ports of RPG Maker games for over 2 years and are responsible for the OS X version of the cult classic Yume Nikki, so we think Mythos is in good hands.

Happy (Mac) sleuthing!
