The MEGA Update 1.1.0.0

In this mega update we’ve given you the choice to go first person and play NERVE from a whole new perspective – literally!
First person mode is so good that the game actually feels slower, giving you more time to react. So, we’ve given you a Boost speed slider too! Can you crank it up to the max and keep your vessel under control? Let’s see!
We’ve also made huge overhauls to the level design of Worlds 5, 7, and 8 so be sure to check them out in World Select and go for a new high score!
This completes our first pass revision of all 10 Worlds after listening to the community’s feedback but we’re not stopping there and will continue to listen to our players and react to what they want to see next!

  • World 5 ALL Zones level design updated and flow improved
  • World 6 Zone 1 level design updated and flow improved

  • Decreased number of rows in Barricade Nodule attacks in World 8 Petulmuta Gatekeeper battle
  • Many cycling moving Traps that were causing headaches for speed runs have now been set to reset on player death
  • Worlds 5, 7, 8 now contain Boost Pick-Ups in “off the path” areas to add challenge for avid speed runners



Bug Fixes



  • World 3 Spinaclyp Gatekeeper's health will no longer increase when entering final phase of battle

Update 1.0.6.0

Fixed an issue were players were losing checkpoint progress when dying in the same attack sequence the checkpoint was achieved in a Gate Keeper boss battle.

  • Reduced the bloom and chromatic aberration effect that plays when passing into a new zone.
  • Reduced the size of the Charge Shield "shot" particle effects
  • Snare Traps' material set to not fade out towards camera


Bug Fixes



  • Player will no longer lose checkpoint progress in a Gate Keeper battle when dying in the same attack sequence

Update 1.0.5.0

Hotfix update that has several potential fixes implemented for recording and viewing leaderboard scores. Tether collision accuracy in World 8 has also been improved.

  • Colliders on Tethers has been improved to make them more accurate
  • Collision on several Traps in World 8 has been improved to aid with Tether destruction accuracy
  • Updated basic Vault Trap visuals to make it more readable
  • Tweaked Gate Transition particle effect

  • Potential fix to force Leaderboards to populate more frequently so that they will load for players
  • Potential fix for player's World scores not being recorded
  • World 9 music now loops correctly
