Players command now usable in online mode, bank & inventory costs adjusted
385: Early Access 0.17.16 - April 22, 2023 10:15 AM EST • Adjusted the bank, inventory costs down a bit. • This is not a permanent decision, but at least for now you will be able to use /players command in Online Play. • The game will now remember the last password that you used when creating a game. This way you won't have to enter it every single time.
Monster difficulty increased, new /players command!
383: Early Access 0.17.14 - April 21, 2023 4:35 PM EST • Mobs in higher difficulties now attack faster. • Buffed mob damage about 20%. • Bank and inventory upgrade costs have been increased. • Single player mode now features a /players command which allows you to change the difficulty as though the game has a full party. Entering /players 5 will enable full party difficulty. • When you reset the game in single player mode, you will now see the main menu instead of seeing your online characters. This was an unintended bug.

Faster Join Party System Allows for Joining in Hallways!
381: Early Access 0.17.12 - April 19, 2023 2:35 PM EST • Players can now join an existing party while the party is idling in a room or a hallway. In general, joining parties is much faster and smoother now. • Entering a password for a private game will now disable the level difference on the UI. Level difference is not relevant in a private game. Only the password matters. • The private game inputs will now remember your previously entered values so you don't have to type it all the time.

Instead the difficulty scales up based on current party size. This is a dramatic change, so please provide feedback about how the new difficulty feels. • You now have a chance to gamble for unique and set items. • The gamble screen has been re-worked so that the borders are plain and only the base name of the item is shown. • The /who command is no longer cached, however its cooldown was increased. • Input buttons for level difference and trade gold are now permanently visible instead of on hover only.

Magic find and experience values have returned to normal. • Grouping constraints have been relaxed considerably to allow for wider ranges of players to cooperate while still gaining experience. • Full parties will now be displayed in the Join Game menu, but you still can't join them. • Mission level is now displayed in the Join mission list. • Fixed a bug when you fail to join a party for various reasons. • A message appears when attempting to join a full party on the join game list. • The title screen no longer remembers your last game mode for single player. From now on it only remembers for online mode. This is yet another way to encourage more online play as many players in single player forgot how to get back to the main menu. 🤔
Private game, expanded join game details, and join bug fixes!

The ability to join private games is coming soon. • The Join Game list now provides more detailed information about each game including names, class, and level of all party members. • The Join Game list will no longer show games that you have not timed out of yet. • Fixed a bug that allowed you to load data for a leader's game and then join their game much later with a completely different dungeon. • Fixed a bug that caused join game options to appear under the create menu in some cases.
