Removed character expirations, numerous item bug fixes

• Character expiration after 15 days no longer exists. It once felt more necessary during early access because so many character names were squatted on, but it's not really necessary anymore. Especially with new ladder seasons multiple times a year.
• Fixed a museum item level bug for elite items. It was indicating 5 levels lower than the actual required level.
• Fixed the broken random talent property on the Crepesculan Lavalier and Hydrafury Whorl. It will now apply +All Talent bonuses properly.
• Removed Resist Silence from Paw of Rockgard because it conflicted with the All Status Resist property.
• Many items had their random talent and skill bonus adjusted.. Previously, in many cases, they were not adding the property at all due to a bug that caused them not to apply due to a bug.

Minor museum and item fixes!

• Furor's Order now indicates its dexterity values at the museum from lowest to highest.
• Vagrant's Slab now guarantees a Druid talent instead of picking from all possible talents.
• Fixed Museum's indicated required level values.
• There were two Locust Bows, so one was changed to a Chimera Bow. This also fixed issues with displaying the unique items in the museum.
• Asaph's Girdle now properly drops again. It was broken in the loot table. 😢
The mission counter now displays the correct level for heroic missions

Season 2 Begins October 25th!
Once season 2 begins, you can expect to see more development of the crafting feature. Expect the blacksmith to provide more and more crafting recipes to provide your hero an interesting list of options to keep you engaged! See you in season 2!

• The town's morning music track has been remastered. Thanks to Nicole Marie T! 🎼🎶🎵
• Added a message to indicate the current season in ladder mode.
• Improved the handling of a rare museum data error. Previously it would prevent you from playing the game if the data loaded improperly.
• Fixed a bug that caused the museum data to store improperly on the server in some rare cases.
