Bug fix for the storage on hardcore mode

🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that caused storage metadata to become overwritten by hardcore storage metadata upon death in the hardcore mode. If this happened to you, you can fix it by restoring ../Data/Save/storage_metadata.sav, from an older backup in ../Data/Save/Backup (or deleting storage_metadata.sav, but this would require you to unlock the tabs again).

🎯 [Misc] You can now alter how completed quests should be shared between connected players: 1) When a player completes a quest, the quest is also completed for all other players regardless of their location. 2) A player must be close to the location of the event that triggers completion of a quest for the quest to be considered completed for that player. The default is (1). Previous to this patch, (2) was used.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed an issue that caused some summoned drones to occasionally ignore their player-given commands.
