Improved version up.
I have uploaded a new version with several minor changes. Some of the highlights are:

- Difficulty Slider.
This slider allows you to adjust the difficulty of combat and changes the number of starting points you get after the tutorial battle.

- Removed the "Menu" button from the victory menu.
I had a few complaints that the "menu" button dropped them back to the main menu with no warning or saving. Since you can easily go to the menu on the Travel screen, which also autosaves your game, I decided to allow it only there.

-Other
Made some minor changes to the GUI and the instructions to make things a little more clear and less busy.

This should have no effect on saved games, but I apologize if it does.

Working on improvements
I have been getting some really good feedback from some really great people and am working on some improvements. Thanks to everyone who has given me feedback! I always welcome constructive criticism.
