Future updates new weapon, and village areas

I will be working on a new weapon and locations to find this weapon and bullets for it. Silent Ones spawn rate will be altered to match this change. I will update you guys as more is implemented.

Multiplayer is live!!

Nightmare on Azathoth now has multiplayer! You can enter another players world from the perspective of an unknown enemy. You control this invisible unknown enemy, and you can summon a new big silent enemy that is invincible to the players attack. The catch is that this enemy will only last 30 seconds, and has a pretty long cool down before you can summon it again. I still need to implement a single stat the keeps track of how many players you have affected. Also it might be hard to find another playing as looking at the steam stats of concurrent players at any time not many playing at playing at once. If you have a friend it'd be advisable to have them play with you, until the user base of NOA's multiplayer becomes bigger. Hope you guys enjoy!

Update on Multiplayer progress

I have made a good amount of headway into implementing multiplayer into NOA. I will try to get it up asap as I will update it accordingly, based on feedback. So far the invader will enter an altered version of your world, and they will be able to summon silent ones. They will do their best to try to kill you and give you jump scares, as I will be creating a new stat of keeping track of how many players you have killed. This gameplay was greatly inspired by my admiration for dark souls. I will try to get multiplayer up by this weekend!

Multiplayer will be coming to Nightmare on Azathoth!

I am busy implementing an interesting multiplayer functionality into the game that will allow someone else to enter an altered reality of your game. The invader can somewhat see you, but you will not be able to see them. I am still figuring out what the invader will be able to do, but it will lead for some interesting gameplay. I will let you guys know more, the further I get along with development.

Exciting new Update/Features/ New Tailer from the nightmare realm

NOA might have released on the 30th, but I feel today is its official launch day. I made the mistake of releasing the game out a bit too early without refining and including the final features I wanted. Now I can offically say all the main things I want in the game are implemented. The future is bright for NOA as I will continually add new content to the game.

The nightmare has been altered! A small village has now appeared out of nowhere. Fuel is an important resource to collect in NOA and the regular way of collecting it inside your base is pretty slow. With the new feature of a new hover robot and the village, there is a much faster way of collecting fuel by going to the village trying to find fuel cases. When finding fuel cases you can send your hover craft to collect them. This provides a more engaging way of collecting fuel. The towners that live there are pretty harmless but killing them all can have pretty dire consequence.

AI, Animations tweaks, base layout, weapon change, and new settings all make this a much different game than when first released.

Major updates from the Nightmare realm!

Updates to NOA regarding animation, base layout, physics, UI, and small tweaks to silent ones AI are now live. I greatly appreciate all the feedback and reviews, and I will continue to work on making Azathoth a bettter experience. I would've liked to have implemented new things, but I finished making all these changes last week but due to an update issue with the game engine a lot of bugs popped upped that I had to do alot of back tracking. The game is at a better state than when it launched, and I will now work on implementing what could make the game a better experience. Thanks for the patience, I greatly appreciate it.
